What took you so long Primrose to open the door?Derick asked pissed.I was in the shower,forgive me for taking eternity, surely you do not expect me to rush to the Door everytime you knock,i said irritably. Derick and I Met after I graduated from highschool,He was a divorcee had a child from his previous marriage almost the same age as me.I was still a virgin,never had a boyfriend as I believed that boys were a waste of time,however Derick was a man who was determined,mature and gentle which attracted me to him.We then fell inlove,after 2 months of dating he proposed marriage to me,which i accepted not caring that he was twice as my age, as long as he made me happy that is all that matterd.however our honeymoon phase did not last for even 6 months,we were having a hardtime falling pregnant which caused a lot of conflict,which he blamed it on me and would even accuse me of whoring .The fights were not only verbal but also physical.In my mind I believed that we were going through a rough patch like anyother couple as I had no experience of intimate relationships.Me and Lucas,Dericks son had a similar personality and we always had fun together but never read to much into it.
