We continue reading until we find out that Emily and I are.......... SISTERS!

We both gasped in shock. "Girls, what's wrong!" Asked my Aunt pam. I looked at Emily and sh looked at me. " Ah..oh... our favorite store at the mall is going out of business," I said in the most convincing voice I could come up with at this point in time. Emily nodded, "Um... since it's closing down, there's probably a sale on do you wanna go check it out, Jessie?" She said while raising an eyebrow. I agreed and we left without saying a word. Once we got in the car Emily and I decided to drive down to the park near the police station until a harmonized ring of cell phones start buzzing in the cup holders of the car. "Can you grab that, it's probably Maya." She says all casual. "Ooooh...... Who's Maya?" I tease her. She shoots me a look " She's our next door neighbor, the one who gave me my first and last cigarette, and my GIRLFRIEND!" she says like it should be obvious. "What you had a cigarette.....Wait you have a girlfriend!" After I say that she stops the car at a holt and starts tearing up. I open up my arms to offer a hug but she ignores me and continues crying in her hands. "Look Em, I didn't mean it like that... Even though you are....um.....Gay doesn't change anything. We're sisters now and we have to be there for each other." She laughs and I tried to offer another hug, this time she accepts it. "You always were the cheesy pep talks." We giggle and get out of the car. When we finally find a park bench to sit on I remember that my phone buzzed while we were in the car. I check my messages and none of the texts were recent. So I check my recent voicemails. An unknown number, I clicked on it: Lord Help The Mister That Becomes Between Me And My Sister. A woman's voice sung. I went pale. A was planning something......and it was going to be big! I look at the station then back at my phone. " Jessie..... Why are you thinking about A?" I gave her a look of shock. "What.....No.... How did you know?" She smirked. " First of all: I've been dealing with this way longer than you have, and second of all: I saw you look at the station then your phone...... We all did that when we only first started dealing with it." She smiled. "Oh," I say rolling my eyes. After that I see Toby walk straight past his car and head towards us. Emily looks at me and realized I was giving her the look. ( The last time I visited Rosewood Emily and I made up this look that says, you should probably leave but please don't!) she starts heading off to wait in the car, so Toby and I can talk. " Hey!" "Hey." Then there was a really awkward silence until I broke it by bursting into tears. "What's wrong?" "So much has happened, I've been in and out of hospital ever since I got here, A is trying to kill me, Spencer still kind of hates me and Emily and I are sisters...." I spit out between sobs. "Oh Jessie, let's get a coffee at the brew then go somewhere to get your mind off things!" For a second I thought of Spencer but he's the only one offering to comfort me at the moment since Mike is on a trip with his dad. I agree and we go get coffees. While he orders I text Emily to tell her that I won't be home until dinner, then I get rudely whipped in the leg with a stick. Just as I turn around

to tell them off I see.......
