Chapter 15 - hospital

Eddie POV

My head felt heavy and horrible. The pain grew stronger in what i opened my eyes slowly to stare right up at the roof which was white and bright.

"Wha- where am i?"

I mumbled trying to move my body, but it was hopeless.

"Hello there! Edwin Cardona, right?"

I saw a lady dressed in doctor clothes leaning over me smiling. Her smile was bright and amazing.

"Ye-yeah call me Eddie, please."

I tried to smile, i ended up smiling akwardly back at her.

"Well.. Nice seeing you recover well from the accident."

My face went from golden to dark in few seconds.

"Oh.. yeah.."

Then she walked away and stopped a few centimeters next to me. Another bed was placed next to me with a person turned away from me with his face the other direction.

"Aleksandr Vitalyevich Marchant.. Ho- still not awake i see."

Then i clicked!

"Aleks!"

I tried asking him and pocking him lightly on the shoulder. The nurse was already leaving the room. Leaving a sigh behind her as the door closed.

"Hey, Aleks! Don't fool me i know your awake."

I almost gave up. This wasen't a joke, he didn't wake up. He just layed there pale in his bed. Puls still beating normally but.. He didn't wake up.

Suddently a doctor walked trough the door.

"Still no sign or life in the boy huh."

"No.. Sir.. How long have we been here?"

He sighed and looked over at me while sitting next to Aleks."

"A month. Your mother has been informed and has visited you many times."

A tear slipped slowly through my eye as i colapsed.

"What.. So long!"

"Yes, and you just woke up for the first time in a month but.. Your friend here."

"I see."

I layed my head on the pilliw resting and in the end falling asleep worried over Aleks.

Time passed and i recovered. Aleks was still in a coma and i was whaiting. Whaiting untill the day he woke up.
