Chapter 3

As class ended, everyone headed to lunch as they slowly exited the room. Ben had to go to a club meeting so You decided to try and make some friends. As You were heading to the cafeteria, however, you where stopped by three girls.

"Who do you think you are?" Asked the left one.

"I bet she's a slut," said the right.

"Calm down, girls," said the girl in the middle. A blond girl with light blue eyes and fake tanned skin. "Just what are you doing flirting with Ben during class." She began walking towards you, forcing you to back up into a corner.

"I didn't know talking to him was a crime," you said sarcastically, not giving in to their bullshit.

The middle girls smile sank into a frown. "You bitch. You better stay away from him or else-". But she didn't get to finish her sentence as someone from behind her poured a cup of red liquid over her head. It ran down her hair and all into her clothes.

"My new top!" She whined before turning to face the culprit. "Who do you think you-". She stopped when she saw who it was.

It was a boy who was about the same size of Ben. With darker blond hair and green eyes.  He was smirking up at the girl with a wicket grin and scary eyes that could send shivers down any persons spine.

"Sorry, doll, but bad puppets get punished," he said in a dark but playful tone.

Even though the girl looked like she was going to piss herself, she stood her ground.  "Oh yeah, Liam?  Why are you protecting (Y/N) of all people?  You never help students."

Liam took a step forward, his dark smirk increasing.  "Because, unlike you, (Y/N) isn't a complete bitch."

All three girls gasped.  The middle girl scoffed and speed walked away.  You sank down into a siting position and held your knees.  When you looked up, you saw Liam holding out his hand for you.

"Come on, it's sad to see such a pretty girl like you all alone, right?"

You blushed and took his hand.

Liam smiled.  "Alright, then let's go to lunch."  She said as he and you walk off hand in hand.
