Slowly walking into the lair is just what you did. You have finally gotten the courage to confess to Donnie and was gonna look for him in the lab. You're quite a shy girl and have been depressed for a long time and it didn't make it any easier to know that he back in the days had eyes for April, fearing that he still did.

YOU: Hey, Mikey. Have you seen Donnie?

You asked the orange clad turtle as you walked into the livingroom. He was playing on the drumset trying to make his own music. He just pointed towards the lab.

MICHELANGELO: The lab, where he usually is.

Then Mikey continued playing his drums. You nodded and walked off to the lab. The lab door was open. You was about to knock as you entered the entrance, but completely froze and your eyes widened in shock. There was April with her arms around Donnie's neck as he pressed her lips to his. It didn't take you more than five seconds to run off home.

At home you ran straight to your bedroom. You had a razor blade ready to cut yourselves. You fell down to your knees, tears already streaming down your face as you sobbed. You took the razor blade to your wrist and started to cut. You felt a lot of pain on the inside after seeing Donnie and April together so you felt like you needed to make it even on the outside. Blood started Pouring out of your wrist. After a few cuts you started to feel weaker and more dizzy. Then it all just turned black.

Donnie was very shocked after what happened a few minutes ago. He was surprised by what April did, but had to turn her down. Now he was looking for you. He thought you'd be in the lair by now and Mikey said you was there not long ago. He knew about your depression and feared something have happened. His eyes widened as he saw you laying lifeless on your bedroom floor.

DONATELLO: Y/n!

Withouth any hesitation Donnie started working on opening your locked window, but manager to get through. He saw you had cut yourself and found a piece of clothing just to stop the bleeding til you both made it back to the lair so he could patch you up in the lab.

You moaned a bit as you slowly opened your eyes. The light was a bit dimmed down and you saw you wasn't in your room. You felt a little bit of panic as memories of earlier happenings entered your mind.

DONATELLO: Y/n! You're awake!

YOU: Donnie?

DONATELLO: I-I found you just in time. Why did you do it? Why did you cut yourself?

Donnie asked in a very concerned tone. You looked down on your wrist. It was patched up and bandaged. You sighed.

YOU: I saw you and April.

Donnie looked at you. He took your hands in his.

DONATELLO: What you saw isn't exactly what happened. Please let me explain.

You nodded. Donnie sat down on a chair, still holding your hands. He wanted you to know how he truly felt.

DONATELLO: April did kiss me, but I didn't kiss her back.

That made you look up at Donnie. He didn't kiss her back? What happened? Your eyes locked and you got lost in his hazel eyes.

DONATELLO: I pushed her off and politely rejected her.

YOU: W-why?

You asked the purple clad turtle confused and raised your eye brow.

DONATELLO: Because April is like a sister and I love you, Y/n.

Now your eyes widened. Donnie just confessed that he loves you. You couldn't believe your ears and thought this was just a dream. He looked at you with longing eyes. You looked down on your wrist again. It was now or never.

YOU: I love you too, Donnie.

Donnie let go of your hands, his thumb under your chin and made you look at him. He leaned in so his lips met yours.
