Chapter 2 - Potion Problems

Panda's POV

I finished making the potion I just had to wait for it to finish brewing.I left my book on the table and walked out of the room.I pressed a button on the wall that opened a door to outside.I walked outside and went for a walk.I put my headphones on and listened to music as I walked.

I began walking, the potion wouldn't finish for an hour so I had to do something for an hour.I walked around the village, but as I walked near Ant and Jordan's house I heard moans.I put my hand over my mouth to stop myself from puking, I'm not homophobic its just that hearing them having sex grossed me out for some reason.

I speed walked past their house and walked in to the forest.I was walking through the forest for about 10 minutes when I heard a twig snap behind me.I turned around quickly and saw nothing.I shrugged and continued walking aimlessly in the forest.

I heard another twig snap.I turned around quicker this time and saw a small flash of purple."Who's there?"I ask.No answer.I check my ipod, the potion should be done by now.I sigh and walk back to the house.

I get back to the house in minutes and go through the secret door i went through earlier in to the potion/enchanting room.I close the door and walk up to the potion.It's ready, so I guess I can give it to Jerome now.I take it off the brewing stand and put a cork in the bottle so it won't spill.Before i leave I see a pink hair strand on the ground.I shrug it off because it's probably Danielle's since she has her pink highlights.

I exit the potion/enchanting room and whip out my ipod.I text Jerome.

Hey, the potion is done do you wanna pick it up or you want me to drop it off?

I send it and a minute later he replies.

I can pick it up, but I wanna have the potion when everybody is there.

Why?

So they know what I look like.

Okay, how about we do that in an hour or so?Musical and the others should be back from their movie soon.

Okay, plus guys day went really really bad.Almost everyone left

I turned off my ipod and put the potion on a table.I walk upstairs to my room and close the door behind me.I go on my laptop and check my email.I also go on wattpad and continue reading an ImmortalFox story called 'The New Kid' by MittyMinx (I love this story, it plays with mah feels).

When i finish reading a chapter I hear a knock on the door.I leave my room with my laptop on and walk downstairs.I jog to the door and open it to see Mitch and Jerome."Hey, can I has my potion now?"Jerome asks."Yeah, one sec lemme go grab it."I say walking away from the door to the table with the potion on it.I grab the potion and walk back to Mitch and Jerome."Here ya go."I say handing Jerome the potion."Thanks dood"Jerome says smiling."No problem.Don't spill that potion I need to make another brewing stand and I need to get one in town later."I say getting serious."Okay, we'll be careful"Mitch says."Bye, see you guys later"I say."Bye, see you tonight"Mitch says as they walk away.I close the door and go back to my room to continue reading and checking my email and stuff.

Musical's POV

We were walking back from StarBucks now.I was still wondering if that was really Seto.I mean, he left.Why would he want to come back now?Some of us suspected he was dead but his aura was alive.If he really was back, then why would he leave for no reason?If he was jealous of Einshine or something, he shouldnt've left in the first place.He hurt Ian and Jay.Sure Ian was fine now, but Jay is diffrent.I am worried, I saw he had scars on his arm.Cut scars.He promised me he wouldn't do it anymore and he can't lie to me.He knows that.

I was snapped out of my thoughts by a buzz in my pocket.I pulled out my phone to see a phonecall from Mitch.I answer it.

"Hello?"

"Hey Dood, Jerome's gonna have the potion tonight, and he said he wanted everyone to be there when he has it."

"Okay, we'll be there"

"Great, bye biggums."

"Bye"

I end the phonecall.When i do i see all of the girls are looking at me with a 'tell us' face."Jerome's having the potion tonight, we have to go and see him turn human."I say."I get to see how my big bro would look liek as a human!Cool"Alex says enthusiastically.

4 hours later to that night

We were at the beach and Jerome was about to have the potion."Okay, ready Jerome?"Sky asks."Ready"he says opening the bottle."Okay, drink only half or else the ageing will be affected"Panda says.He nods and drink half of the potion.

He doesn't begin to turn human but something goes wrong."J-Jerome?"Mitch asks quietly.I look at Jerome's eyes, they weren't the same chocolate brown anymore, he's not in control.

"He's not in control!Something went wrong with the potion!"I shout.Jero-the thing growls at Mitch and jumps on him."RUN EVERYONE!!"Mitch says trying to stall him."No!Mitch!"jason shouts trying to run to his brother.Sky stops him."Jason, we have to go.Mitch can handle this himself.We'll come back for him but now we have to run!"Sky says pulling Jason away.

We all run in to the forest trying to hide."Girls, we'll take care o-"Tyler says getting cut off by Ro."Tyler, I love you and all, but we're gonna help"She says.He sighs and lets them go.I follow them and hear a scream.Where was Panda?I run through the forest and Jerome has her pinned.I am about to run after her but someone jumps from the trees and gets the thing off her.Panda quickly gets up and runs to me.I pull her in to a hug and we hide behind a tree."Are you okay?"I ask as we pull away from the hug.

My eyes fall on the mystery person and they begin chanting some words and Jerome turns human, and back in control.Jerome was now wearing a bacca beanie,and his black suit."Jerome!"Mitch says running out of the bushes with a large bleeding cut on his face."Biggums!!"Jerome says pulling Mitch in to a hug and giving him a kiss on the cheek that wasnt bleeding."You look beautiful"Mitch says looking at Jerome in his human form."D-Did I do that?"He asks sadly stepping back."Jerome, that wasn't you.I know you would never hurt me"Mitch says wiping a tear that fell down Jerome's face.I looked around to see the mystery person but they were gone."Guys, why don't we go look for the mystery person that saved you?"Skyler suggests."Yeah, we should thank whoever it was!"Ninja says.I hear a noise in the treetops."Why don't we check the treetops you guys check on the ground?"I suggest.The guys nod and we climb the trees.

We all get up and see a figure in the distance."Hey look!!"Riley shouts pointing to the figure.The person was too far away to recognise."Alex, can you catch up to the person?You're Jerome's sister you should be able to do anything in the trees quickly."Panda says.Alex nods and goes at a fast pace towards the person.All of us following as best as we can doing parkour every now and then on the trees.

We see Alex jump on the person."I got the person!!"She shouts.We all quickly parkour over to her and i fell once, but was caught by Ninja.

I caught up with the others out of breath."Okay, who is the mystery person.."I say panting.The person had their hood over their face so we couldn't tell who it was."Okay, 3......2......1....."Alex counted down before pulling off the persons hood.

We all gasped at who we saw.
