Broken

Chapter 5

"Bryson stop!" I yelled being very frustrated. Here I was trying to cook but he wouldn't leave me alone

"C'mon man. You've been in here since you got here. "He put his hands on my waist and I elbowed him in the stomach.

"Well I'm trying to cook for you and Harley. All you have her eating is pizza. Poor baby. "I shook my head as I grabbed the Alfredo sauce

I poured some of that into the pot and stirred.

"Well great just leave your man in abandonment for some funky ass food. "He sighed dramatically has he walked away

I laughed loudly before grabbing the plates. I put shrimp Alfredo on all three plates before sitting them at the table. I filled two classes up with tea before getting Harley's princess cup and filling that up with apple juice.

"Come eat!"I yelled from the kitchen.

Harley and Bryson came running from the back like fools. I expected that from Harley but Bryson big ass know better.

"I won daddy !" She squealed

"Man Harls you beat me. "He breathed out "I think a nigga getting old and shit. "I gave him a death glare for cursing in front of her.

"Oop." Harley said before walking to the table

"Now Bryson you know
better. "I popped upside the head as he tried to quickly run past me

"I'm sorry Harls. I'm sorry
Bray. "

"It's okay daddy. "

"Mm-hm."I responded

Harley said grace then we all dug in.

"Ms. Brayln?"

"Yes baby ?"

"When am I gonna see Amir again. " She smiled widely

"Whenever you come back over. "

Me and Bryson have been talking for about two months. And in those two months I have met Harley ,but he hasn't met Amir due to August. August doesn't want another man around Amir and I respect his wishes by not bringing Bryson around him. But whenever Bryson needs me to watch Harley she comes over and her and Amir play.

I don't know how they equally play with dolls and trucks but they make it work.

After we finished the meal Bryson put Harley to bed as I washed the dishes and cleaned the kitchen.

We both met on the couch after about 30 minutes.

He rubbed on my thighs as we watched a movie.

"Bray?" I stayed silent, to into the movie

"Baby?"he started kissing on my neck

"Hmm?"he kept doing what he was doing until I looked at him

He kissed my lips. It caught me by surprise but I kissed back. He bit my lip making me open my mouth slightly. He sucked on my tongue as we pulled away.

My eyes were close from the about a bliss I just felt from that kiss. I slowly opened them to find him smirking at me.

"C'mon I want to take a pic of you. "

"Well that was random. How do you go from kissing me to wanting to take a picture ?"

"I don't know but sit there and look pretty. "

I laughed

"Okay I'm ready. "

He snapped it but wouldn't show me the pic. He played around with his phone before I heard mine ding.
