Scott and Josie sits on the steps in the courtyard, her lying into his arms and him burying his face in her neck, near her mark. He keeps his arms wrapped around her body, holding her tight. She strokes his arm in comfort and sighs.

"I know, you're worried." She says.

Scott sighs deeply and lifts his head to look down at her, "Wouldn't you be?"

"I believe in you, Scott. I know you can do it. We've studied so hard for this class. You have so much determination for it. Try not to worry so much." She says.

He chuckles dryly and stutters, "I...I can't help it. It's like I'm made to worry. This is our last year of school...then college. Then...life. I'm terrified. I want to be able to have a steady career, so I can provide. For you, me, us," He reaches down and caresses her flat stomach. "Our children." He smiles.

She strokes his cheek, and he rubs his face into her palm, sighing in comfort, "You're only human. It's normal, wolf-man. Even an Alpha gets scared. You'll do great. I'll make sure of it." She smiles.

"What about you? You haven't really said much about what Deaton said." He says.

Josie sighs and brings her hand down to her lap, "I don't know what to think about that. He said it was a rare chance for it to happen. To be like you without the bite, I want to be connected to you every way possible. But, I'm nervous." She says.

Scott strokes her cheek, brushing his thumb against her skin, "I know. So am I. I love you so much, Jojo, but, I don't want you to have this life of a werewolf. Peter said she-wolves transform twice a month, that's twice the pain and twice the struggle for you to control. And with the transformation under the moon, the weaknesses, the hunters constantly breathing down our necks. I want you to at least have a normal life."

Josie scoffs and laughs a little and calls the wind to blow a little strongly around everyone.

"I think we're far from normal, Scott." She says as she calls the wind back.

Stiles suddenly pace over to them.

"Hey! You two. You're coming with me. Come on." He says impatiently.

"We've got a free period." Scott says, looking over his shoulder to Stiles.

"So do I. And so does Theo Raeken. Let's go." Stiles says.

Scott sighs and grabs his books, helping Josie up as she grabs her bag.

Liam heads to the locker rooms to replace his ruined pants and Mason follows him in and out, talking about all the weird things that have been happening. It was driving Liam nuts. He wanted to tell him so badly, but what would happen? To their friendship?

Liam comes out of the locker rooms, wearing his gym shorts with Mason in tow.

"Look, I'm not saying I believe all of it a hundred percent, but people around us seem to know things. Like Lydia, she knows things." Mason says as they walk to the lockers.

"Dude, it's the first day at school. Shouldn't you be thinking about other things like Like the soccer team?" Liam points out as the soccer team walks by them.

"What do you think I'm going to do? Follow them out to the field and  watch them practice while I pretend to study?" Mason asks, waving it off but casually looking over to them with lust.

"It's warm out. They'll probably gonna be shirtless." Liam smirks.

Mason looks over again and sees one of the players smirking at him seductively. Mason lets out a sigh and pats Liam's shoulder, "I'll see you in Physics."
