Chapter 2

"Ava" she stopped at the end of the driveway and looked back at me.

" Uh, yeah?"

" How far do you live from here"? I asked

" Not far, a few miles".

" Do you want me to drive you"

" I'll be fine, Nash".

I smiled and quickly hopped in my car and drove to her.

She smiled as I rolled down the window. " I promise I don't need a ride".

I shrugged. " I'm heading that way anyways". I lied

She smirked "oh, ya? Where"?

" Um, Walmart", she smirked

" Walmart is the other way " I groaned and through my head back.

" Just get in the car". She grinned and slipped in, closing the door gently.

" Thank you, " she said. I looked at her smile. " Your family seems really nice".

I smiled, "there alright". She laughed

" Skylynn is adorable"

" She gets it from me," I said with a smirk. She laughed.

"Right"

" Oh please I'm cute and you know it"

" Yeah, you're something". She said. She told me her address, and I made small talk till we got there.

" Thanks for the ride Nash". I smile

" Anytime. I'll see you soon."

She smiled and nodded "see you soon". She smiled and got out of the car, I watched her walk to her door step. Suddenly she had turned around and saw that I was staring.

" Were you checking me out?" She asked loudly. I didn't respond, I just smirked and shrugged , driving out of her driveway.

Driving back I kept replaying the seven numbers she told my mom.

Seven six three, two nine zero eight.

 Avas POV

It's been two days since I've gotten the babysitting job, and I was scheduled to go on tour with that magcon boys today. I quickly ran outside once I had woken up to check the weather. It was a lot colder than it was two days ago. I was about to get changed when my phone buzzed.

Unknown: Hey Ava, it's Nash. Just wanted to let you know since we are going by bus, it's going to be a while. You're going to wanna wear something comfortable so you can sleep.

Ava: Got it. So how'd you get my number?

Nash: You said it loud at my house.

Ava: Right, I forgot about that. Okay, I'll see you in a minute

Nash: k, see you then .

I smiled and put my phone on my bed. I got changed into gray sweatpants from Nike, and a black kinda cropped sweater. Then I grabbed my blue suitcase and dragged it downstairs.

"Are you ready, honey?" my mom asked. I smiled and nodded as she walked out to the car. I sat in the passenger seat and turned on the radio, leaning back.

" Are you nervous"? My mom asked.

I shrugged. " Sort of. Now that I know Magcon is a convention for, like, famous viners, it kinda nerves wracking".
