Ben left the house and began to wonder around. Sure he could have teleported but he wanted to look normal. He put on some sunglasses and a hoodie along with a pair of jeans and left the house.
He wanted to see if he could find any games he might be able to play to get his mind off the incident. He finally approached a game shop. He pulled out his wallet and checked how much he had. $10. He made a face.
Hopefully he could find a cheep game. He walked in and began to look around. He saw two people in the shop not counting himself. A girl with white shirt and black skinny jeans was staring at a shelf and then there was the man who ran the store. Ben began to look at the wall full of games. Wondering what to buy.
All the games were unrealistically high prices. Some of the games that would be $16 in a game stop were up to $600 here. He glared at the shelf. "No wonder it's so unpopular here." He mumbled and walked over to the bargain bin.
He put his hands on and began to carefully dig around. He eventually found Link to the Past. A game he couldn't find anywhere. He looked at the pice. "6 bucks not bad," he said and walked up to the counter. "Hi can I buy this?" The man studied the game.
"$60 please." The man said. Ben gave him a strange look. "The price tag only say $6!" The man looked at it turned around and pulled out a very obvious sharpie. The man the proceeded to write an extra zero on there. "No it says 60" Ben looked up. "Whatever" he said about to leave
"Hey why don't you stop trying to scam the kid!" The girl from earlier shouted. Ben turned around to see a girl with what appeared to be pure white hair and purplish eyes. The cashier glared. "What are you gonna do?" She walked up to the counter and held out her hand. When he didn't give her the game she took it out of his hand and gave it to Ben after putting $6 on the counter.
"Now run kid things are about to get ugly." She whispered to him. He walked out the door and ran home.
