Derpy has a illness that no pony can cure. She had always had crooked eyes and she wants them fixed. But then A friend of hers Dr Hooves tries to fix her eyes. But something might happen to Derpy......

"Um..Derpy?" Dr Whooves Asked. "Yeah?" Derpy replied. He blushed and said, "Well I wanted to tell this to you but.. I... I l-" Then a wind was starting to blow around. Dr Whooves looked at his watch. "OH NO!! ITS TIME FOR YOU TO GO DERPY IN EXACT 1 MINUTE AND 50 SECONDS!!" He shouted. Then sparkles were going around Derpy. "I Guess its time for me to go Dr Whooves." She said. But Derpy was started to fade. He was shocked and looked at his watch. 30 seconds left. "No Derpy! Don't go!" Dr Whooves said. She started to cry and smiled. "Don't worry... If I'm gone I will always be in your heart." As she was continuously saying and started fading even more. "And as long s you remember me... We will always be together "and Derpy is almost fading away. "Dr Whooves. I love you..." She said and kissed his cheek. And she disappeared. "Derpy... You will always be in my heart and forever more. And I will never forget that." Dr Whooves said. Then he walked back home.
The next day.
When Dr Whooves woke up he looked at the picture of him and Derpy. He smiled and headed to work.
*At work*
He arrived to his office and started working. While he was working he kept looking at the picture of him and Derpy. He was started to cry. "Oh Derpy... I really miss you..
