The oncoming vehicle collides with us head-on causing my head to jolt backwards, bouncing off the headrest and smashing into the window, shattering it.

I look to my left, seeing Chris bloody and not moving. I scream out no, in fear that his life has been taken from him. His beautiful, bloody face is the last thing I see before I fade into a sickening darkness.

Robert's P.O.V

Buzz.

I look down at my phone and see a number I don't recognize. I answer it worriedly, since I haven't seen Paris for almost two hours.

"Hello?" I ask.

"Mr. Robert Downey?" The unfamiliar voice says.

"Yes this is him. Who's this?" I ask shaking.

"Someone you know has been hit by a car and is at the hospital now. She was in the car with Mr. Evans," she, probably the front desk nurse, speaks.

"I'll be right there," I say hanging up.

I run to Paris's trailer and grab Chloe then Tom. We climb in my car and race to the hospital. I turn the car off and run ahead of my other two siblings.

"I'm here for my sister. Her name is Paris," I say rushing my words together basically.

"She is in surgery right now along with the guy she was with," Claire, the front desk nurse, says.

"Do you know what her conditions are?" Tom asks coming behind me.

"She should be out in ten minutes. Her doctor will inform you on all of her injuries. Please take a seat in the waiting room,"she says.

"Thank you. Come on bro," Tom says pulling to the chairs.

I can't sit. I just can't. I pace back and fourth and Chloe keeps scolding me.

Chloe's P.O.V

"Robert please stop pacing back and fourth. Your making me even more nervous than I already am," I inform my oldest brother.

"Mom isn't answering," Tom says looking at me.

I sigh and pull my phone out. I walk outside and stand in the breeze. I dial Andrew's number and hopefully wait for a answer.

"Hello?" I hear my brothers voice.

"Andrew hey. It's Paris she got in a car accident and is in surgery now. Mom and dad aren't answering the phone so I thought I'd call you," I say.

"I'll be there ASAP," he says before hanging up.

I grin and walk back to the waiting room. My brothers inform me that our sister is out of surgery. We walk to her room and she's still under the medicine. Robert takes a seat by Paris and Tom sits on the opposite side of her. I stand at the end of her bed. My phone goes off and I see a text from Jared. I tell him what happened and he says he's only fifteen minutes away.

"Jared came to hangout but he's on his way. Andy said he'd be here as soon as he could. It's a little over a nine hour drive from Atlanta to here," I say sliding my phone back in my pocket.

"Great," Tom says.

I let out a shaky breath and walk out of Paris' room. I ask the front desk nurse if Chris was in or out of surgery.

"He just got out but it'll probably be about thirty minutes before he's awake. But your more than welcome to stay with him," she says giving me a small, warming smile.

"Thank you," I say,"can I get his room number? And do you know if they have his phone?"

"I have no idea but his room is next to your sisters," she says.

"Great," I think to myself.

"Thank you," I say.

I walk to Chris's room and pull a seat up next to his bed.

Paris' P.O.V

I wake up to my head throbbing and the right side of my face swollen. I groan as I try to sit up and fall back in the position I was in before. I look at Robert and memories start flooding my brain.

"Where's Chris? Robert tell me he's okay," I croak, my heart rate rising.

"I don't know I was too worried about you," he says.

"You're mad at him. It wasn't his fault. Another driver hit us head on. It wasn't Chris, Robert. Don't blame him," I say with a tear falling from my left cheek.

"But he was responsible for you Paris," he says raising his voice a little.

"God you're unbelievable Robert. This is why I didn't let you know that we were going out on a date," I say raising my voice even louder than his, causing my head to pound even harder.

It falls silent and I see Chloe walk to the door.

"You have a visitor," she says.

I see Tom push a familiar face into my room. Tears fall from both eyes and I give him a weak smile.

"And you told me not to smear her makeup Chloe," he says.

"Shut up," I cry.

Chloe smiles and so does Tom. Robert walks out of the room and Chris sits in the chair next to me.

"I'm sorry Paris. I shou-" Chris starts but I cut him off by placing a much needed kiss on his soft lips.

"It wasn't your fault. You didn't wreck the car, someone hit us. You didn't hit someone. I don't want an apology Christopher," I say sternly, my face inches from his.

"I'm sorry," he says after thinking over everything I just said.

I give him the death glare and Chloe lays in bed with me. Chris goes back to his room and I fall asleep on Chloe's shoulder.

I close my eyes, close to sleep, when I feel a pair of soft lips on my cheek. I recognize their touch, I smile.
