Chapter 4

"Marinette, someone's here to see you!" her mother calls up to her.

Today was their first date together.

"Coming!"

Giving herself a final check at her outfit, she slowly opens her trap door and walks down the stairs.

"Ohhh Marinette, you look beautiful!" her fangirl of a mother squeals loudly, hugging her daughter.

"Thanks Maman," she replies kissing her mother's cheek.

"Where's Adrien?" Marinette then questions.

At that moment, Marinette hears laughter from the kitchen. She cautiously walks to the door and sees her father and Adrien laughing thier heads off.

Seeing Marinette, Tom exclaims, "Aahhh, Marinette! You look wonderful. Your boyfriend here is very suiting to my taste!"

After that, Marinette's face turns bright red from a deep blush.

Leaving the room, Tom whispers in Marinette's ear so only she could hear, "I expect to have some good grandchildren soon!"

Leaving the room for good with a smirking face, Tom left his daughter looking at the floor blushing even harder than she already was.

Finally looking up from the floor she sees Adrien. Man, he was hot!, she thought.

"Hello Adrien!" Marinette says, waving to her date.

Also finally looking up from the floor, Adrien's jaw drops. Literally drops! She's breathtaking, he thought.

"H-h-hello Marinette...." Adrien gasps out.

Giggling at his reaction, she grabs Adrien's arm and says, "Shall we go?"

Glancing at Marinette, he replies yes and then kisses her cheek and leads her to the door.

Blushing at his actions, Marinette follows Adrien, ecstatic for what was to come from this date.
