"You look like my mother." Matamis na wika ng lalaki sa akin.

Nandito ako ngayon sa Lifestyle District. I'm really enjoying this life, my night life. I'm the Governor's daughter. I get what I want. Everything... anyone.

"Do I look that old?" I shout.

He just laughed. Napangisi na lang ako nang hinapit niya ako palapit sa kaniya. He's grinding at me. I can feel his heavy breathing.

"No, baby. You look beutiful like my mom." Hinawakan niya ang aking baba. "Damn beautiful." Pandagdag niya pa.

Napangiti na lang ako. So he's playing the art of seduction. I winked at him. Oh baby, I am into it. Gusto mong maglandian tayo? Fine! I will show you what I've got!

"Woooooh!" Sigaw ko. Mas lalo kong nilapit sa kaniya ang aking katawan.

Narinig ko siyang humalakhak. Pailing-iling niyang inilipat ang kaniyang kamay sa aking baywang. Hinahaplos niya ito pababa at pataas. I smiled at him. Itinaas ko pa ang aking kamay at winagayway ito.

I heard him laughed. "You're very beautiful, Miss Bernardo. Very, very beautiful."

Napatigil ako sa aking pagtalon. "You know me?!" Gulat kong tanong sa kaniya.

"Who wouldn't know the Governor's only daughter?" He said, amuse.

That's the first time I met him. We became friends. He's the son of my father's great friend.

Hindi naging mahirap para sa akin na pakisamahan siya. He's the usual playboy that you'll see in a night club. Hindi nagseseryoso kagaya ko. Hindi namin prinoproblema kung may kakainin ba kami bukas o kung babagsak na ba kami sa isang subject. Namuhay kami na hindi prinoproblema ang lahat. We can buy everything, anything.

Minsan nga napapatanong na lang kami sa aming sarili. Maybe we can buy life and happiness too? Maybe we can use all those money in the bank. Siguro kakayanin naming mabuhay kahit wala ng matira sa amin basta ba ay may pera. Everything will be okay. Everything will fall into its places.

"James! Mahuhuli na tayo sa flight natin. Please, get up! My gosh!" Asik ko sa kaniya.

We're in his condo. Naka-schedule kaming pumunta sa New York ngayon. My friends are already there. Nag-paiwan lang ako para samahan si James. Well, best friends duty.
