I woke up but I didn't want to open my eyes. I listened to constant beeping of the heart monitor. When I opened my eyes I was in pain, a lot of pain. I listened as I tried to sit up. I heard the monitor beep faster and faster.
xxx: You shouldn't move. You will only make it worse.
I looked at the man in the bed next to my bed. His arm was in a cast and he had cuts and bruises on his face and all over. He smiled at me and I just stared back.
Samy: when did I get here?
xxx: same time I did. Which I have no idea when I got here so I'm no help. I'm Ryan by the way and you are?
Samy: uh ok and my name is Samy.
Ryan: Samy, what a cute name.
I blushed as my cracked as fuck phone started to ring. I pulled it off the table next to me and the only letters I could make out was 'I and y'. Must be Izzy, I thought. I answered the phone and there were many people taking, I was in a conference call with Jenna, Izzy, Julissa, Jenna lol, and Galadriel. It never helped that two of my friends had the same name so I just called one of them Jenna lol.
Jenna: OMG! Samy where are you? You were gonna meet up with me an you didn't come! So I called and texted you then I called them and they had no idea where you are!
Samy: I'm at the hospital. I got in a car crash on my way to meet up with you.
All of them: what?!
Samy: ya but I'm fine. I only have a big gash down my stomach!
All of them: we're coming to see you!
Samy: kay'.
When I hung up five people came in and Ryan smiled and said hi. One of the boys looked at me then leaned down to Ryan and whispered something. Ryan whispered back and smiled at me. One of the girls from their group hugged Ryan then walked to me.
xxx: hi, I'm Marzia!
Samy: I'm Samy!
I held my side as she walked back to Ryan winking at me. The wink told me to make my move on Ryan, I just laughed as they all stared at me then Marzia joined in.
xxx: Marzia you ok?
Marzia: I'm fine Felix!
Ryan stared at me and I just kept on laughing but then he spoke.
Ryan: guys this is my hospital roommate, Samy!
They all looked at me and introduced them selves.
Ken: I'm ken!
Felix: I'm Felix, Marzia's boyfriend!
Scott: I'm Scott!
Minx: and I'm minx!
I smiled at them and before I could say 'nice to meet you' my friends came running in and crowded around me. I looked at them all and saw Susan. They told Susan too, I thought.
Julissa: how do you feel?
Samy: like dog shit.
Everyone in the room laughed at my comment and I felt right at home.

It was 9 o'clock and I said bye to my friends as they disappeared into the doorway. I sighed and looked over at Ryan, which of corse he was asleep. I smiled but the the nurse came in and woke him up.
Nurse: miss Maxis, do you need some pain meds?
Samy: yes please!
When she dumped the amount of pills I needed I practically yanked them out of her hand. She gave me water and I took the meds. When she left I looked out of the corner of my eye and saw Ryan staring at me with a smile on his face.
I looked over at him and he quickly looked away, that made me smile. I closed my eyes and fell into a deep sleep.
