Im not worthless

Garfield and Victor land in an alley using the carpet.

"And now esteemed affendi we feast.".Garfield said.

He then notices Melvin and Teether searching the dumpster for food. Garfield turns to Victor who gives him an ugly look and takes a mouthfull of bread.

"Here, go on take it." Garfield said to the kids. "Thank you. My names Melvin and this is Teether." Melvin said. "Nice to meet you." Garfield replied and walked away. Victor feeling bad offers his bread. As Melvin begins to hug him. "Its what we do little lady." Victor said. He then followed Garfield out to see a stuck up looking prince wearing blue, with jet black long hair. (Guess who)

"On his way to the palace I suppose."

"Another suitor for the princess." Some people said on the street.

Suddenly Melvin and Teether run out into the street, and spooked the horse the prince was riding.

"Out of my way you filthy brats." The pince yelled as he pulled out his whip.

"Hey if I were as rich as you, I could afford some manners." Garfield yelled back.

"I'll teach you some manners." The prince said as Garfield was pushed into a puddle.

The crowd started laughing at Garfield.

"Look at that Vic, its not everyday you see a horse with two butts." Garfield stated.

"You are a worthless street rat. You were born a street rat, you'll die a street rat. And only your fleas will morn you." The prince said as the palace gates closed.

"I'm not worthless. And I don't have fleas." Garfield said as he scratched the back of his head. Come on Vic let's go home."

"Rif raf." Garfield sang. "Street rat. I don't buy that. If only they would look closer, would they see a poor boy. No sir-rie. They'd find out theirs so much more to me."

Garfield opens up his curtain to see the palace. "Someday Vic, things are gonna change. We'll be rich, live in a palace, and never have any problems at all."
