Dave

A week and a half later

I sat in Kane's office waiting on him I had some information on Promise. I had it for about two days but he was so busy fucking her. He ain't been answering none of my calls.

I heard the door open and he walked in with Promise attached to his waist.

"Dave why yo ass in my office?" He asked.

"I need to talk to you....in private." I said looking dead at Promise. She rolled her eyes then kissed Kane's cheek leaving out.

"What's up Dave?" He said sitting behind his desk.

"What's with you and that bitch. I've been tryna contact yo ass for the last few days and you act like you can't answer."

"You sound like real bitch you know Dave." He said typing on his computer.

"If I sound like a bitch then you look like a hoe." I said and he looked at me.

"Man what the fuck do you want?"

"I got some information on Promise"

"What about her?"

"That bitch a gold digger. Once she get all the money she want out of you she leaving. She plan on leaving New York and going to Ohio to be with some other nigga. She been talking to him about a year. Her brother ain't like it so she ran away and started stripping so she can get some money. Oh and another thing Juicy pregnant by who I don't know. I just thought you should know."

"How the fuck you find all this out?" He asked and I chuckled.

"Just know I got my ways." I said leaving out. I walked down the hall and walked passed Promise.

"What the fuck is your problem?" She asked.

"Bitch who is you talking to?" I asked annoyed.

"Nigga I'm talking to you."

"I'm not finna argue with no hoe and Im'ma let Kane handle you." I said walking out the door.

Juicy

I was at my cousin Keshia house talking to her about all the shit that's happen.

"Omg Jess he raped you?" She asked and I nodded. "He better be lucky I wasn't with you or I would've beat his ass."

"Girl you wasn't gone do shit." I said as my phone started ringing.

"Girl you ain't got no friends who calling you?" She asked taking a sip of her drink.

"Girl shut it's Tyrone." I said answering. "H-hello." I said nervous.

"Jessica is this you?"

"Yeah Tyrone it's me.....What's up?"

"I need you to meet the park in 15 minutes."

"Okay." I said then hung up.

"What he say?" Keshia asked.

"I gotta go I'll tell you later." I said getting up and leaving out.

I pulled up to the park and saw Tyrone sitting on the bench with Ah'niya in his arms. I walked over to him and he handed me her.

"Mommy." She said wrapping her arms around my neck.

"Don't think because I let you hold her you got her back. Because you don't I'm just letting you see her." He said as I took a seat next to him.

"Why did you call me here?" I asked playing with Ah'niya.

"I'm so so sorry for how I treated you Jessica......I wanna change and be a better man for you. I also wanna be a better father to our daughter." He said looking me in my eyes.

"Why did you choose now to change?"

"Because after spending time with our daughter it made me think about how I want to be in her life. And I want to be there for you."

I wanted to believe him but I don't know. He said that before then broke my heart a week later.

"Okay I'm only doing this for Ah'niya and that's it."

"Okay that's fine with me as long as you giving me a chance."

"Can I ask you something"?

"What's up."

"Why can't I have my daughter back? "

"First off she's our daughter, secondly I'm not finna let you leave me again. And I know the only way you will stay is if I have her." He said and I nodded. "Another thing Jessica I want you to come with me."

"What?"

"I want you to come with me to Atlanta so we can have a fresh start. And forget you having to pay me back just come with me. I'm not taking no for an answer so be ready tomorrow morning Im'ma come get you."

"Okay."

After about an hour I had to leave because Dave called saying he wanted to talk. He wants me to meet him at Starbucks.
