Chapter 17

Christmas day/wedding day

Sebastian's POV

I stand in front of the mirror in my room as I look at myself. I'm wearing a black suit with a blood red tie and matching rose. Today is the big day, I'm marrying Ciel in a few short hours.

I adjust my tie as I hear knocking on my door. "Come in." I say and Finny opens the door with a smile.

"Lady Elizabeth told me to make sure you're ready and see if you need any help." He says with a smile.

I smile at him. "I'm good to go." I look at my reflection. "I'm so damn nervous." I say as I look at Finny.

He walks up to me and gives me a big hug. "Everything will be fine Mr. Sebastian. He loves you. If he didn't he wouldn't want to marry you." Finny says as he releases me from his arms. "You will do great!" He reassures me.

I smile and nod. "Thank you Finny." I say and pat his head.

*time skip*

I stand at the alter as the music starts. First comes out Lizzy escorted by her brother and May-rin escorted by Bardroy. After a few seconds Ciel walks in looking beautiful as always. Him in his dark blue suit and white flower, which compliments his skin tone.

He walks towards me, escorted by Tanaka. As they near the alter Tanaka hugs Ciel. "Thank you." He whispers to the old man and stands beside me as the priest begins to speak.

"Dearly beloved, we gather here to join these two souls in union. If anyone objects to the union of these two young men, speak now or forever hold your peace." The preacher starts.

"I object!" Says Agni from the back. "Prince Soma and I both object. Men should not marry men nor women marry women!" He states. "It isn't right." He says as he stands in front of prince Soma.

Ciel starts to cry as he runs out of the room. "Soma! You call yourself his friend yet you make him cry on his big day. You yourself should know that he was never happy but now he found happiness with me." I say and run after Ciel with Lizzy behind me. "Ciel! Love where are you?" I shout as I walk.

I finally sense him in his study so I go there. I knock on the door softly before I enter. "Ciel. Come love, people are here to see us get married. Even her Majesty is here for you." I say as I wipe his eyes. 

After a minute he nods. "You're right. I can do this." He says and we open the door, causing Lizzy to fall forward.

I help her up. "You okay?"

She nods and dusts herself off. "I'm glad you still want to get married. Don't worry about those two, my brother confined them." She says as we all walk back to the ceremony.
