Death Can be a Funny Thing

Chapter 4

Hey guys sorry this chapter is short but I don't know when I will be able to write again because it's winter vacation. I wanted to give you guys something please comment tell me what you think no one has commented so i'm thinking people don't like it.

"Hey!" Kambri said to me as I entered the suite, wow great I wonder what's running through her mind. I smiled before closing the door, I locked it and turned back around to talk to her.

"Hi," I said to her, I began to enter the room she was sitting on the  black leather couch. Whoa, this place was valiant and large. The walls were a deep blood red and the furniture was a mixture of gold and black. She just laughed at me, I looked over to see what was so funny.

"What?" I asked completely confused on why she would be randomly laughing. Man I love this room red and black are my two favorite colors. There was a small living room followed by a little sitting room it had a great large full wall fire place and the back wall was a huge window it looked like it had pull down blids if privacy was needed.

"Oh nothing it's just we all saw well uhhhhhh what happened between you and Dominik. Why didn't you hint to me that you liked him I would have backed off." She said her smile was so sincere it made me smile.

"Well I didn't know, I first just thought he was hot you know the whole Minnoloy mating thing and I was doubtful but there is a pull between us." I said trying to be completely honest without spilling all the beans. I was really tired I hope she doesn't want to stay up and dig for information much longer. well for one I was really tired and two well to tell the Truth I wanted to see Dominik in the morning. " Hey you know what can we talk about this later, i'm really tired and want to get some sleep." I said with the most pleading look I could serve, it worked because she nodded and smiled before getting up and  walking into the room next to us. Yes vampires sleep well we don't have to but we normally don't this was just an excuse to get out of talking and plus i'm not 19 yet so my full vampire powers have not come yet so I do get tired allot but after 19 your never tired you just sleep for the heck of it just like eating after 19 you don't have that much of a pull to eat human food, but you can.

"Oh yeah Marci your room is on the left of the sitting room." She yelled from inside her room before closing the door. I walked over the slate tile was quite a nice
match to the rest of the room. I walked over to a black door this must be it, I turned the gold knob. The door swung open revealing a grand King bed, the bed had
complementary black and gold and red blankets. The walls were painted to match there was two doors, I walked over to investigate I opened the door closest to me it
held a great walk in closet which all my clothes had already been hung up and my many shoes put on racks. I decided while I was there to switch in to my pajamas I slipped
into a purple pair of sweat shorts and a purple tank top. I walked out of the closet shutting the door as I walked across the room swinging the second door open it
was a master suite bathroom it had a walk in shower and a separate tub and a double sink counter. I  opened the drawers revealing that all my makeup and toiletries had
been unpacked for me I brushed my teeth and put my hair in a pony tail. I walked out turning off the lights I slid under the covers they must have been silk they were
so smooth and that says something coming from a vampire. I flipped over on my side, and not a few seconds later sleep had over come me.

Dominik's POV:

As she left and walked into her room, I began to walk back to my room which is right down the hall. I know this is wrong because they told me to stay away but what can a little fling hurt I mean I like her alot but she's a Minnoloy and I doubt i'm her mate she would have said something by now. Wow she was amazing her blood when it rushed in my mouth was amazing and the fact that she licked and kissed her own blood off my lips drove me crazy. She was so beautiful her dark blue eyes of hers were breath taking man she sure is making me sappy I am a king not a coward.
