-SeokJin's POV-
I've been meaning to tell Tamiko, but I just don't think she would feel the same way. This is why I've been hanging out with her a lot lately, because just spending time with her is enough for me.
I've decided I'll tell the person I trust the most, Namjoon.
//After School//
It is Namjoon that I wanted to talk to him so we are both walking Tamiko home.
"Bye Tamiko." I waved bye to her as she walked into her home, Namjoon did the same.
"So what did you want to talk about?" Namjoon asked me.
"Well it's about Tamiko-"
"You like her?" He said simply.
"Um, well yea..." I said shyly "how did you know?" He patted me on the back.
"I know everything," he chuckled "but that's great that you like her, how long have you?"
"Well actually in the middle of mine and Sunhee's relationship I began thinking, that I like someone more than her. And recently like a week or two ago I found out that person was Tamiko."
"Holy shit are you for real?!" I just nodded. "This is great news!"
"Don't tell the others yet. I want to do something to tell Tamiko but I don't know what I should do."
"Just go for it and tell her."
"But I'm scared of rejection, what if she doesn't like me back."
"Trust me SeokJin, just go for it."
"Okay, okay I will tomorrow after school when we walk back home." He patted my back.
"Good for you, I wish you the best of luck with that." I smiled at him and he smiled back.
"See this is why I can always trust that you will give me the best advice on my situations."
"Stop flattering me," I laughed "I'll see you tomorrow morning." He waved goodbye as he walked to his home, and I waved back goodbye to him.
//The Next Morning//
I woke up at the usual time on a school day. Did the normal morning routine, and said bye to my parents before walking out the door to walk to school with my friends.
//After School//
School was like any other boring school day. Now the bell rang and it's time for all of us to head home.
It's now me and Tamiko walking home, my time to tell her. Breath SeokJin, Breath I told myself. We reached her home.
"Okay this is me, I'll see you tomorrow." She almost went inside her house when I called out to her.
"Wait Tamiko!" She turned her head and walked back to me.
"What?" She asked all innocently, it was adorable. Okay breath SeokJin, just breath.
"Um I just wanted to tell you something, and you don't have to say anything."
"Okay, just spit it out Jin." She tapped my arm, and giggled.
"I, um, I like you..." I looked at her and she looked shocked.
"R-really?" I just simply nodded. "I-" I cut her off.
"You don't have to say anything I just wanted to let you know. Bye~" I said and quickly walked away. I let out a sigh, glad I let that off my chest.
-Tamiko's POV-
"If you would have let me speak you would have known that I like you too." I said to myself. I walked inside my home with my head down. I took off my shoes and greeted my mom, who was sitting down on the couch reading some book.
I continue my way upstairs and to my bedroom, lazily putting my book bag down. Then lazily changing my clothes before going to my desk to finish any homework I had. After that was done I closed my books and put everything back in my book bag, then shut off the lights. I got in my bed and all I could think of was what Jin said, if only he would have listened to me.
That was my last thought before going into a deep sleep.
