I got home and thankfully  no one was home. Even thought  Nathan and Hazel knew  what I went through and would be understanding I just didn't feel like talking about it.  I made my way to my room and threw myself down on my bed and continued to cry. Maybe my parents were doing what was best for me when they  left me in that  cage to die. If  I was dead right now I wouldn't be in this spot. I would be laying on  ground with no heartbeat, lungs not rising and my eyes close and not dealing with  having to be a freak. As I laid there more thoughts came and I felt like I was going to explode. When suddenly the door  rang.

I made my way down stairs holding a baseball bat. Ever since I was little  I answer the front  door with a bat in case someone that my parents own money came to the door. That way  I was able to hit them before they could take me. It work most of the time because the person at the door was as high as a kite and barley knew where they were.  I got to the door put the baseball bat in one hand and the other hand on the door knob. I open the door and close my eyes and jump out but before I could even hit whoever it was they were holding the bat. "Calm down it's just me" I recognized that voice and I open my eyes.  "I would appreciate if you don't take my head off." Finn said.  "Sorry. What are you doing here?" "I just wanted to make sure that you were okay and I got you  stuff." "Yeah I'm fine and thank you." "Are you sure because you ran out of there really upset?" "Positive I'm fine". "Well if that's the case come on" "What?" "Let's go" I stood there confused but I decided to  follow Finn.  I have no idea where he was taking and even though   I feel  safe with him I texted Hazel and told her I was with a friend. Of the course the message I got back was a bunch of happy face emjois.   We been driving for about 20 mins when we pulled up to a forest. "Come on."I jump out of the car and  Finn  was  waiting at the front with his  his hand out for me to take . Just like the first time I held his hand there was this tingling  feeling. We made our way through when we stop near a waterfall. "It's beautiful ""Yeah this is where I go to get way from reality." We made are way to one of the rocks by the waterfall and sat down.

"So Allison tell me about yourself?" "There isn't much to tell really" "Come on" "umm my family moved here at end of last month. I'm an only child. My dad is a doctor and my mom is a elementary school teacher. I keep to myself mostly and as you saw the day at the diner I'm a target for people." "I think they are jealous of you because you are pretty." Finn just called me pretty and if I wasn't blushing when he was holding my hand, I'm definitely blushing now. "Umm...I don't think that's the reason." He looked at me and just smiled. "What about you? Who is Finn" "Well if you ask anybody beside my best friends, they would say that I'm the captain of the lacrosse team and is going to lead the school to the state title. That I'm the all American guy that has the prefect life. The guy that is going to play lacrosse in college and will take over his dad's company. But if you ask my best friends and me  we would tell you that I don't have the prefect life, that lacrosse isn't my life and I don't want to take over my dad's company." "So what do you want to do then?" "I want to be lawyer. A lawyer that helps kids who need it." When he said that it made my heart melt. "Well I know it's not the same situation but if the way you helped me at the diner and coming to see if I was okay today means anything then I think you will be amazing lawyer" I smiled and he smiled back. We stayed there for few hours talking about almost everything. I never really had a long of conversation with someone my own age. I thought it would be uncomfortable talking and awkward but it was the opposite. Talking with Finn was the easiest thing I have ever did in my life.
