Theo's POV
We are finally able to bring her home. She has been in the hospital for almost a year now. We found out that she is finally ours and I can't be any more happier. Sang is doing so much better and more happier too. Luke and her always are getting into something but it's worth it when we see her smile and laugh out of peer joy. She has also gained some weight which is a really great thing because it made it easier for her to recover. She is also cancer free and we can't be any more relieved about that. I look around to see that everyone is so much more happier. I have never seen us this happy in years and it's all thanks to her. I sigh and close my eyes letting sleep claim me.
