My Protecter (A Liam Payne Story)

Chapter 5

Louis' P.O.V

As i made my way out my bedroom window cause all i wanted was some time to my self and be in the fresh air and not have to worry about looking for food or going and buying it and yes was can eat normal food and some times animals if we are in the mood for fresh blood and meat

As i walked around to i don't know were i heard a girl scream blood murder a couple of blocks away so i did what i thought would be the right thing which was run to see what happened and just maybe i can help instead of being seen as a monster and stuff like that 

Making my way towards the door i slowly open it slowly just incase someone just so happen to be at the door as i open it and when it was finally fully open i didn't see anyone but i could smell a lot of blood

But thank god it didn't make me feel all that hungry if anything it turned me off but then i remembered why i was here so i mad my way around down stairs to check where the blood was coming from 

As i made my way up the stairs i sore a bedroom door wide open and as i got closer i could hear crying and as i made my way  through the door frame i sore a girl crying in front of her family 

"Who are you?" the girl asked with a weak voice from all the crying "I'm Louis" "How did you know i was hear" she asked as she stood up and made her way over to me

"I heard you screaming a few blocks away and it sounded like bloody murder"

"I didn't think i screamed that loud" she said as she started to look down at the floor

"Well then again I'm a vampire so i could probably hear it a mile away" and as soon as i said that i put a hand over my mouth and looked at the girl with wide eyes and she lifted her head up to look me strait in the eye 

"Great just when i thought i could get away from them i cant" she said as she turned her head to face the wall next to her "What clan are you with and if your from the screech clan just kill me now like i care anyway"

"Ok one how do you know about us and two the screech clan i hate and want them dead" i said moving in front of her to see her face 

"Well i met two already one tried to kill me and one save my life and just wanted me to live with him god knows where and more that likely kill me for his own"

"Well may ask who they were" i asked in a polite voice trying not to push it incase she might blow up at me

"Well the guy who tried to kill me was a guy named Colton and he's dead now thank to the vampire that saved me which name was Liam" she finished looking dead in the eye

"What was this Liam guys last name" i asked trying to know weather it was the Liam i knew and loved as a brother

"Payne? Yep it was definitely Payne" she asked is she thought it over in her head but i still wanted to make sure it was him

"May i see in side you thoughts of a image of Liam and of what happened" i asked hopeful and see what happened   

she looked a bit unsure of it at first but finally said yes with a nod of the head and so i stepped forward and put my index finger and middle finger on her temple to see what happened

I stood there for about five minutes looking through what had happened and i wasn't very surprised when Colton tried to kill her cause when ever he gets the opportunity no matter who tries to stop him he goes for it and with Liam saving her that pretty much what Liam would do but killing Colton by ripping his head clean off was very surprising cause he is not the killing kind of person

"So why did you want to look at what happened exactly" she asked after a few minutes of silence "I just wanted to see what Liam did cause he's like a brother to me"

And yet again it was quiet so i asked a question which seemed appropriate to ask

"So whats your name seems as you know mine" 

"Brianna and sorry i forgot to tell you earlier" "It's alright but how about we get out of hear so you can be safe and protected"

"I guess i have nowhere else to go" she mumbled looking down

"Hey i know what it feels like to loose your family and its worse when it happens in front of you own eyes" i said giving her a small smile

"I'm sorry to hear that" saying at as she looked up to meet my eyes and something about her seemed so familiar

"You look so familiar do you have a dad at all and whats his name" "No he died in a car crash so I've heard off my mum but i didn't think it was true and his names Joseph"

"Last name" i asked cause if the last name is it then i my know him

"Kelly why" she asked with a worried look on her face

"I know your dad and he didn't die in a car crash"

"How do you know him and how he died" she said giving me my full attention

"You should sit down" i told her and she did exactly like i said and sat on the bed

"I knew your father because he work with me and the boys but he was not a vampire he was a vampire  slayer and he didn't kill us cause we saved his life from dying once and we worked together to kill other clans and one night Colton's Brother Drew Killed him and we tried everything we could to bring him back but it was to late the poison had got into his blood stream and we promised him to look after you and your family but when you moved away we tried to find you but there was no luck and i guess Liam didn't know it was you and he promised your dad to protect you" i said looked down at the floor

"Wow, so what was my dad like"

"He was a brave man and quite funny and he looked just like you" i said looking at her face and taking in her features "So are we gonna go so your safe" 

"Well if you did promise my dad to look after me so i guess i have to go with you either way but first i want to put my family at peace"
