Chapter 26

Brianna's P.O.V

"Hey Liam?" I asked as I walked into our, was before his, room "Yes Bri?" He responded back turning around towards me "I never thought I would ask this but do you guys have a library?"

"Yes we do. Why do you ask" he said making his way over to me "Well I just feel like doing some research on vampires and what better way then through old books" I said with a smile on my for some reason

"And what makes you think that the books we have are actually telling the truth about us" he challenged me "Well why wouldn't they, and besides it would have all your history, and your families, and the boys, so I think those would tell me the truth" I challenged him back

"Good point, I'll show you the way" and with that he took my hand and he led me to a door at the end of the hallway upstairs, and he opened the door and signaled for me to go in first

I walked a few steps before I heard the door slam shut, making me turn around and then the lights came on to see a handsome face I was happy to call my boyfriend

"Did the door slamming scare you" Liam asked lifting one eye brow and folding his arms across his chest with a smirk on his cute lips

"No" I replied straight away, but to Liam it looks like he didn't believe me "It did a little because I didn't expect it, ok. Happy I said the truth" and I could tell he was because he put a smile on his face before hugging me

"You know what" Liam said pulling away from the hug but not removing his hands from my waist "What" I asked back

"All the books are facing that way" and with that he spun me around so I was now looking at a tone of books and looked bigger than any library I've ever been too

I started walking forward, going past every row, looking at how long they were and how many books were in each row, I was dragged out of my thought when Liam said "Brianna, the books your looking for are down here I think" so I turned around to see him a few rows back before he disappears into that row

I quickly walked to that row to catch up to Liam, only to see him with a book in his hand, so without thinking I asked "What book have you got there"

"My family book, nearly every family has one to express the way the world changes and battles that had happened that has involved that family, how it may of effected them, well anything really that the person writing wants to put in" he said without once taking his eyes off the page he was reading

Then I noticed a sad expression on his face, so I walked closed to Liam until I my face to his shoulder with him and moved his left arm so it was around my shoulder while my arms went around his mid section

I looked at what he was looking at, and it was a photo of him and his brother as a baby "It's ok Liam, you did what was right" an after I said that I took the book from his hand, closed it and put it back on the shelf

I moved in front of him and wrapped my arms around his neck and closed my eyes while standing on my tippy toes, cause man Liam is way taller than me or I'm just short, and rested my chin on his shoulder, while he wrapped his hands around my waist and his chin resting against the side of my head

I opened my eyes only to see a book the had no writing on the spine of it, so I let go of Liam and walked to the opposite side of the book shelf and took it off the shelf

I looked at the cover to see an eye and I stood there for a minute, just admiring the eye that was all different colours and surrounded by black leather

I turn back to Liam to ask what this book was but before I could he said "I have no clue what that book is so don't ask love" and I mumbled back an okay

I opened the book to eyes that were pacific shades of every single colour known to man, and then I noticed that at the side of each eye there was writing but I didn't want to read it because I was to busy looking through the book to see every single eye colour

I stopped on a page that stood out to me and noticed something I saw earlier this morning and I just looked at it until Liam took me out of my trance "Brianna, what's the book about" he asked and I replied back with "Your about to see"

And with that I closed the book are ran straight to the door, down the hall and before I reached the stairs I yelled "EVERYBODY TO THE TRAINING ROOM NOW. INCLUDING CHLOE"

By the time I got into the room everyone was there, except Liam cause he was behind me, and everyone was giving me weird looks when I came in

I grabbed Chloe's wrist and dragged her into the middle of the room, then I went back and grabbed Zayns wrist and made him stand in front of Chloe but a few feet away

"Zayn I want you to put a fire circle around Chloe" and without a second thought Zayn did it and within seconds she was surrounded by fire

"Brianna what are you doing" Harry asked but I ignored him and told Zayn to make the flames bigger, and he did

And the next thing that happen was Chloe fell to her hands and knees and I stepped forward a bit and said to her "Chloe, you can fight this, just dig deep"

"Dig deep for what" she asked with such confusion on her face, but I wouldn't tell her I just kept repeating dig deep, and by the expression on her face it got less confused and more angry

"Brianna I think I should stop" Zayn said so is turned to him and said "No, I've nearly got it" and Zayn just nodded his head and continued focusing

I had to make Chloe really angry and I knew if I said dig deep one more time she would crack so I yelled at her "DIG DEEP CHLOE" and with that she let out a scream and the fire turned to ice and the shattered

Harry ran straight to Chloe's side and as soon as he cradled her into him she stopped screaming and I jumped up and said "It worked" and everyone just looked at me like had grown three heads

"What the hell do you mean that worked. You could of hurt Chloe or worse, killed her" Harry said having a go at me, looking at me like lasers would come out of his eyes and I would just disintegrate

I turned to the boys and said "Liam that book I found has all different eye colours and this morning when Chloe's eyes changed to an electric blue, I saw it in the book and it says what power you have when your eyes first change colour and it said he power was ice and I had to push her so she could get so angry that she would use that power and I mainly wanted to make sure this book was right about it cause it could come in real handy in the future" I then turned to Harry and Chloe adding on "I'm sorry I used you like that Chloe and I'm sorry that I made you freak out Harry but I just really wanted to know if the was right or not. Do you guess forgive me" I asked looking at them with such sorrow in my eyes

"I forgive you" said Chloe, the first to speak up "And I see it as pay back from this morning" she added on which made me and her laugh a little

"I forgive you too" said Niall from behind me "What are you sorry for Niall" asked Louis "I don't know, I'm jut a very forgiving person" and that made all of us laugh

"Alright, I will forgive you but just don't use Chloe like that again. Please" said Harry while helping Chloe to her feet
