Antonio's P.O.V
"What the hell was your plan huh!?" I yelled at her and of course she doesn't answer she just kept her gaze set out her window. What am I going to do with her? I could always just have her stay in the holding cell at the district right? I thought half serious.
When we arrived at the district I grabbed Aliyah's arm and took her to the break room so I could talk/yell at her.
"Ok I'm going to ask you questions and your going to answer truthfully or I'm going to let Voight ask them." I said serious, using her fear of Voight to get her to talk. "Fine I'll talk", she said her gaze on the floor.
"What was your plan huh flee to another city?" I asked. "Yup that's exactly what I was going to do." Aliyah responded with ten times her normal attitude. "Why?" I asked sternly.
"Here's a question why make me your damn basket case huh!?" She asked her voice rising. "I don't want you to feel like a basket case ok, I want you to feel like my home is yours and that the district is your family." I said sincerely while grabbing her shoulders to make her look at me.
Once I grabbed her shoulders her shirt shifted a little and let me tell you I was not happy with what I saw.
Aliyah's P.O.V
Antonio had told me he didn't want me to feel like a basket case and he wanted me to think of the district as my family. Maybe I have found my safe place after all. I thought.
I was about to hug Antonio and tell him I'm ready to make an effort but I noticed his jaw was clenched and his gaze wasn't on my eyes they were set on my tattoo. Really he had to see it now why not tomorrow or something. I thought.
"Antonio it's nothing bad." I said cautiously. After that statement he exploded on me.
"You got a TATTOO and that's not bad!" He shouted at me. "I don't even know what to do with you right now! First you run away now I find out you got a tattoo, what's next you going to shoot up a place...!?" He shouted.
I decided I wasn't going to let him talk about me like that what's the problem he has two tattoo's so what's the big deal with one that's not even that big. "What's the big deal you have TWO big ones!" I said anger clear in my voice.
"I ran away because I thought sooner or later I'd make a huge mistake that would make you rethink your great idea of taking me in ok so don't say that I'm going to go around shooting a place up after you know I was the one that wanted to tag the buildings so the casualties were low!!!" I shot at him before I took off out of the break room and straight out of the precinct. Not caring about the looks I got from Voight's unit.
Antonio's P.O.V
I was completely shocked at what Aliyah had told me. I shouldn't have been so hard on her but ever since Diego and Eva have been taken away from me I guess I just needed Aliyah to fill there spots until I got them back. Now I just feel horrible for only thinking of myself in this whole ordeal.
"Antonio bro, what just happened?" Jay asked with the rest of the team waiting for my answer.
"She was afraid that I would throw her back out on the streets and she was right, she was just a replacement for what was missing in my life." I whispered finally saying it out loud.
"I need to find her."I rush letting my words sink in realizing it's not to late to fight for Aliyah who hasn't had anyone fight for her in her life. I can prove to her that no matter what she does she will always have me.
Aliyah's P.O.V
I didn't even realize I was running to Fire House 51 until I was already there. I remember the first time I had ever came to the the fire house I was around 14.
《 Flashback. 》
Summer 2014
Aliyah was just finishing up a "job" when she saw a guy running from a building with a duffel bag in hand. Then she saw it the smoke coming from the building and called 911.
Soon after Squad 3 and Truck 81 from fire house 51 had arrived on scene, and Aliyah was about to leave when they had found a young boy around her own age that didn't make it she was walking up to the Chief when the cops showed up so she took off.
Later that day Aliyah had decided to go to the fire house and let the Chief know what she had seen.
"Can I help you?" A man with blue eyes asked I'm assuming he's from squad since he was wearing a squad jacket.
"Um I need to talk to the Chief." I said timidly. "Can I ask for what?" The man responded. "It's about a fire you guys just responded to um I am certain that it wasn't an accident." I stated.
I later learned that his name was Kelly Severide, I had also met Matt Casey and of course Chief Boden other than that I never met the rest of House 51.
I would go to House 51 when I needed to clear my head Casey, Severide and Chief Boden would always talk to me in private and help me out. That all stopped when I was pushed into the gang life, it's been a whole two years since those three have heard from me.
《 End of Flashback. 》
I was brought out of my thoughts when someone who's voice I know all to we'll asked if I needed something. "Well hello to you too Kelly." I said while turning around.
"Aliyah.?" He said more as a question. "The one and only, I guess I'm in need of one of those talks me, you, Casey and Chief used to have." I said with a nervous smile.
A/N: This chapter I changed like so many times but I finally got it to how I wanted it so I hope you guys enjoy it.
