Chapter two

Y/N POV

I woke up laying on my bed with no memory of last night. I slowly got up and sat on the edge of my bed. My bed always makes this irritating noise when I move, which is why I keep telling gray I need a new bed. I went into the bathroom and washed my face, after that I walked into the living room and seen gray sleeping on the couch. I walked over to the wall that was across from the couch that held a lot of pictures of us. I grabbed a picture of me and gray together when we were on our third date. I stared at the picture until I heard gray sit up and yawn. Still holding the picture, I went and sat next to gray. As I sat next to gray I poked his cheek and smiled. He just rolled his eyes at me and moved away from me.
"Hey gray, what's wrong?" I asked him quietly.
"Do you still love me?" His words were full of different emotions. Fear, sadness.
"Of course I still love you." I gently moved towards him and put my hand in his back. But he shoved my arm away.
"Then what's with you and Natsu?"
"What do you mean?"
"Don't act stupid y/n!"
I was shocked by how he yelled. He normally isn't like this. What happened to him?
"Wait what happened?!" I yelled.
"You kissed natsu last night." He replied with sadness in his voice.
"Why would I kiss natsu? I would never cheat on you."
Just then I quickly remembered that I had a drinking competition last night with Cana and I won. That's it, I was just drunk.
"I remember now! I had a drinking competition with Cana, I was just drunk gray. So I must've mixed you guys up." I say a little bit relived. But instead of gray just being a little mad and forgiving me, he just got angrier.
"You didn't look drunk. That's a poor excuse."
"Ok, just cause I didn't look drunk doesn't mean I wasn't."
Completely ignoring me he just got up and tried to walk away. I grabbed his arm with my hand that wasn't holding the picture of us.
"Where do you think your going?" I asked him with a little bit of anger in my voice.
"I'm going for a walk."
"Why we ain't done talking yet. I ain't letting you leave until you apologize." "Me? Apologize? Why do I have to apologize when you're the one cheating on me?"
"You need to apologize cause your the one who's asking me these questions and you aren't even trying to listen to me." He slaps my hand away from him. "I'm just trying to take a fucking walk and I ain't going to listen because you aren't giving me honest answers."
"Honest answers? I am being honest your just not believing anything I trying to say. Now let me start at the beginning. I got drunk, mixed you and Natsu up and kissed him. Okay there you go I was just drunk."
"Bullshit. Sometimes I wish I never fell in love with you" He said mumbling the last part.
"Oh and what? Leave me with natsu?" I asked him.
"Well that would be better cause you two are just stupid, lazy, useless, and weak." He said but he didn't look shocked after saying that but my expression quickly changed. I was filled with sadness, confusion, anger.
"If that's how you feel then fine." I threw the picture of us that was in my hand at the wall all that glass broke. I ran into my room and locked the door behind me. I grabbed my backpack that was sitting in my closet, threw some clothes and money in it, grabbed my violin, and jumped out my window. I'm leaving. I don't know where, but anywhere but here is fine. I then left Mongolia (is that how you spell it?) "I'm going to become the strongest wizard of fiore, and nothing like love or hate will get in my way." I told myself with determination in my voice.

Narrator POV

Y/n left for two years training to become the best. Gray still won't forgive or forget y/n, even the slightest mention of her name anger boils inside of him. During y/n's journey, she met a wizard who taught her many magic spells to use with her dragon slayer magic. She then decided to return back home because she was starting to get homesick and was missing her dear friends.

Two year time skip

Natsu's POV

"The ones who be leaving for the S class trial is Nastu, Gray, Cana, Freid, Mest, Levy, Elfman (I hope that's everyone)." Gramps told the whole guild. I'm finally going to become an s class wizard but it would be better if y/n was here to see it.
"Everyone that got called even S class please come to my office, except for you gray." We all did what he said and gray left the guild probably for a walk. We entered his office and seen this person standing in the shadows. This smell, I've smelt it before.
"Children I would like you to meet-" "Y/n l/n." She said stepping out of the shadows and waving at us with a closed eye smile. She's back, she's finally back.
