It was Halloween tomorrow, and Cry couldn't be happier. Because of the holiday, he would get people wanting masks for their costumes. He always loved this part of the year and had set up loads of decorations for the occasion.

But something was wrong. He hadn't had a customer for at least an hour and he was starting to question what's going on. He decided to walk towards Sp00n's shop and see if his rival was having the same problems. As he turned the corner though, he saw a flood of customers trying to enter Sp00n's shop. Sp00n had set up speakers to play spooky songs as people who have dressed up as horror characters greeted the customers. Cry was envious.

He stormed past the customers and stood in front of the till, looking Sp00n straight in the eyes, or so it seemed because no one could register their facial expressions. Cry exclaimed "How the hell have you got so many customers! I'm normally the most popular!" "It's just that I probably have more decor than you." Sp00n suggested. "It's not about the decorations Sp00n! It's about the masks and people have always come to me with their needs." Cry returned. Cry's face would probably be flushed red with anger if you could see it. He couldn't stand that the second best mask shop in town was succeeding better than his. An angry customer behind Cry pushed him aside and said to him "Haven't you heard the news? Horse masks are trending right now and Sp00n is the only one who supplies them."

Cry was astonished. He had no idea that Sp00n's strange horse masks would ever be popular. Cry couldn't even say a word. He just sagged his head and walked outside. He had been defeated by Sp00n on his best time of the year. Cry just walked home and resorted to his bed. Minx walked in and asked him what was up. He explained that Sp00n was in control of the mask business and that Cry had no power over him. "Well, you know what, what if you make all 4 of us masks and we can go trick or treating tomorrow, how about that?" Minx suggested. Cry raised his head and grinned. He relished the thought and jumped at the chance taking his car down to the workshop. Minx sat back at her desk and smiled. "Job well done..."
