Mike's P.O.V
Vincent and I walk quickly down the street, making our way to my house. I laughed quietly like a maniac for no reason. Vincent didn't seem phased by it...he just looked down, walking very fast. Just as I was about to say something, a guy that was about my height and looked about a little younger than my age quickly walks past Vincent and accidentally bumps into him, hard. Vinny fell and hit the ground pretty hard.
"Ow.." He squeezes his eyes closed.
"Oh my god...I'm so sorry are you okay?" The male asks as he holds a hand out to him.
"Yeah..." Vincent takes his hand and the stranger pulls him up. There was a moment of silence.
"Is your name Vincent by any chance?" He looks at him weirdly.
"Um...yeah it...wait...D-Dave?" Vincent tilted his head and smiled.
"Oh my god." The stranger leans in and they both hug. Dave lifts Vincent off the ground a little bit and he laughs.
"Um." I cough and they release from their hug.
"Oh hey man." Dave smiles at me. "Who are you?"
"I'm Mike." I fake smile. "And Vincent is my...boyfriend."
"Oh." The male looks somewhat surprised. "Well...I bet no one messes with you here. Looks like you don't need me any more." He laughs.
"What does that mean?" I ask, confused.
"Well before I stopped going to school...I used to get picked on a lot...And Dave would always beat up the kids that messed with me." Vincent laughs lightly and looks down.
"Hm that's cute well Vincent and I should be going now." I shrug and start walking.
"Um...Okay." Vincent smiles and looks back at Dave as he follows me. "Bye..."
"Bye..." Dave smiles back at him and walks in the other direction.
Scotts P.O.V
I peek around the corner to where Mike took Vincent and...no one was there.
"Shit..." I grab my jacket from the rack and run into my car, almost certain that something bad happened. At first I didn't really care what Mike was doing...because I didn't really like Vincent...but now I see that he's not that bad...And no one deserves this...
