Part Nineteen//Well I Cried While Writing This But Okay//

Vincent's P.O.V
"Vincent please. Come with me. I promise you that were the perfect match. Just trust me on this." Mike looks at me pleadingly.
"Where's Scott?" I glare at him.
"I told you he went back to the pizzeria." He rolls his eyes.
"If you really loved me you would leave me the hell alone!" I wipe my eyes and sniffle, my ankle starting to hurt again.
"No I can't do that. I love you too damn much." Mike takes a hold of my shoulders.
"You're too old for me." I shake my head.
"Age is nothing but a number." He shakes his head as well and grips my shoulders tightly.
"Yes it is. You're...You're almost thirty and I'm not even eighteen..." I flinch and look up at him.
"Just hush." Mike smirks and pulls out that same chloroform rag from a few days ago. He pushes it over my mouth and I feel to weak to push him away. He puts the knife up to my neck again. Yup...This was finally it...
About a minute passed...And just as I felt like I was about to black out the rag dropped from my mouth and a loud thump was heard. I turn around to see Mike on the floor and Scott standing there holding a gun out, shaking like crazy.
"I...I...I just sh-shot someone." Scott stutters.
I bite my lip and start to breathe heavily, tears starting to pour out of my eyes again. Scott runs towards me and I collapse into his arms. I wrap my arms around the back of him neck and cry into his chest. He wraps his arms around my waist and for the first time in a while...I feel safe. I hear Scott sniffle.
"Shh. It's okay...Look at me." I look up and see that he's crying as well. "It's over now." He nods. "You're safe now." Just then it started to rain...
I nod and continue to just cry...I didn't know why I was crying...But I just continued to cry. I couldn't stop.
"Vincent..." I hear him say softly. I look up and nod.
"I'm so sorry." He leans down while still holding me close to him...And kisses me softly...right on the lips.
