It was a nice and sunny winter day and the whole family was over at the Potters' celebrating some good downtime from school and work. All the kids were up playing Qudditch, while the adults sat around, talking and watching the kids play.

"Lemonade anyone?" Mrs. Weasly called out.

             "I'll take one." Bill answered.

"Make that too." Ron yelled paying all his attention to the game. Harry looked up, watching his kids play. Al decided to take after his dad and play seeker, while James and Lily were a chasers like Ginny.

James had stolen the quaffle and was making his way to the goal posts, where Teddy was keeper. He dodged a bludger Roxanne shot at him and threw the quaffle to the side post which Teddy blocked kicking over to Lily.

As Lily reached out and grabbed the quaffle, two blacks jets slammed into a clear force field. Two cracks sprouted upon it as the jets slammed in again. The adults all stood up, pulling out their wands as the kids froze, staring out in shock. After a fourth time, the shield collapsed, falling in pieces on the ground. The two jets spiraled around, knocking everyone on the ground. There was the sound of something cracking and two black jets spiraled around, knocking everyone to the ground.
Harry scrambled to his feet, running onto the pitch were two death eaters stood. He kids laid sprawled on the ground. Most of them unconscious from falling off their brooms.
"Ah. Mr. Potter, It's been along time." One of them cackled.

"It's been better that way." Harry replied.

"Too bad it's not gonna last. Consider this a threat, Mr. Potter. The darkness will not fall down so easily this time," The other one threaten.
"I wouldn't be so sure." Harry stated.
"That's what you think," the first one answered.
"Our forces are reunited and you have no idea what we are capable of," the other death eater stated as Harry narrowed his eyes.
"You'll see just what we can do, Mr. Potter. Shall we?"
"We shall. A good day Mr. Potter," he said with a sinister smile.
"Until next time... I'm sure your son will look forward to it." He laughed evilly, grabbing James and disapparating with crack.
A flash of red light where he just stood. The other death eater just laughed and shot up in a jet of black smoke, knocking everyone of their feet again as he sped away.
"Harry. He's just a boy. Who knows what they'll do?" Ginny cried
"I don't know. Death eaters aren't known for their sympathy. We'll find him." Harry answered worriedly. He knew he what death eaters where capable of.

"Is everyone alright?" Mr. Weasly called out.

All the kids groggily stood up. "Just... Peachy." Teddy responded.

           "Where's James?" Roxanne asked.

The adults all looked at each other. The kids all gathered together, staring at the adults.

"He got taken by death eaters." Harry sighed.

"I thought the death eaters died out." Teddy said

          "They did." Ginny said.

"Now I have to go. C'mon Ron." Harry said apparating.

"We'll be back soon." Ron said following Harry and disappearing with a pop.

"Mom, will James be alright?" Lily asked worrily.

"He'll be just fine sweetheart. We'll find him." Ginny replied.

                        . . .

James woke up on a hard, cold floor. He groggily sat up, squinting against the darkness. "Ah, Mr. Potter finally awake I see." A voice called out.

"Who there's there? What's going on?" James said. He had a bad feeling about this.

"I wouldn't worry about that right now, Mr. Potter. I would be more worried about yourself." The voice answered.

"You see, Mr. Potter, you are critical to our plan. So I wouldn't get to comfortable, because your stay her will be anything but pleasant. Now, why don't we let the fun begin." The voice said.

          "Now." It yelled.

What seemed to be hundreds of spells shot from the dark, each more painful then the last. James cried out as he jerked on the floor. "That's just the begining of what's to come, Mr. Potter." The man said as he kicked James in the gut.

"Now, where were we?" The voice continued.

Lights continued to flash from wands as James writhed in agony. A scream ripping through the air. James breathed heavily as a voice whispered in his ear. "Enjoy rest now, but it won't be any safer in your dreams or should I say, nightmares." He kicked James again as the boy fell unconscious.

                       . . .

Ginny had a bad feeling in the pit of her stomach. Something was happening and she was powerless against it. She sighed. It had been a week and still no sign of James. Not to mention, there was an Azakban escape. Harry walked in. "Any leads?" Ginny asked hopefully.

"None." Harry replied putting his hands in his hands.

"Don't worry, sweetheart. We'll find him. " Ginny said.
