A Fresh Start

The buzzing of my alarm clock woke me up, I groan and hit the top to make it stop, I throw my cover off of me and look at the ceiling, oh how rude of me I didn't introduce my self names Nora, Nora Gilbert that's right I'm the twin sister of Elena Gilbert I'm older by 5 minutes but who's counting, I'm also the older sister of Jarmey Gilbert, I love my family, ever since the accident I just feel none of us are the same but we all have are ways of coping right, Elena has her diary, Jar turned to drugs which I'm not happy about, me well I dance I don't know how to explain it, it just makes me feel better, umm did I leave anything out oh ya we currently live with are aunt Jenna she the best and has been with us threw everything. All of a sudden there's a loud bang on my door "Nora get up we're going to be late for school!" Elena yell from my door SHOOT!! I completely forgot it's the first day of school, That day that everyone hates, yep today is that day.I shoot up from my bed and run to the bathroom, After I take a quick shower I dry my hair and thin get dressed in a purple and gray baseball shirt, ripped jeans and gray converses, Then I curl my hair, you see my hair is naturally straight just like Elena but I curl mine so people can tell the difference, when that's done I grab my leather bag and my school supplies and phone, can't forget that, I let out a sigh and walk down stairs to the kitchen were u see aunt Jenna rushing around the kitchen "Toast I can make toast" she says I try to hold in my laugh no she can't I love and Jenna but she can not cook. "It's all about the coffee" I say getting a mug from the cabinet, "Coffee" Jar says as he walks into the kitchen. He walks up to me and takes the mug out my hand I glare at him and get another mug and make me another cup of coffee. Elena finally decides to join us in the kitchen, I greet her with a smile which she returns happily "It's your first day of school and I'm completely unprepared" aunt Jenna says, "It's fine aunt Jenna really" I say Elena walks over to the cabinet and pulls out a mug and makes herself a cup of coffee "Don't you have some type of meeting today aunt Jenna" Elena says while taking another sip of coffee "Ummm ya but it starts..." aunt Jenna looks down at her watch "NOW!"  she yells and turns to us "Do you guys need anything number 2 pencils umm paper" we shake are heads no "Lunch money" she says, me and Elena say no while Jar takes some money and puts it in his pocket, something tells me he's not going to be spending it on lunch, I know I'm terrible for saying that but I just don't like what he's turning into and I want to help him, " ok, if that is all then I really need to go, love you guys" she says as she kisses all of us on the forehead before rushing out the front door. I'm putting my empty mug in the sink when my phone dings I take it out of my pocket to see its a text from Bonnie
Bonnie~ I'm outside, hurry don't want to be late for are fist day of school;)
I put my phone in my pocket and grabbed my leather jacket and ran to the front door "Elena, Bonnie's outside...Hurry!" I yell upstairs "Ok" she says coming down the stairs, we stand in front of the door and look at each other "Ready" I say looking at her "Ready" she replied. We are sitting in Bonnie's car, Elena sitting in the passenger seat and me in the back, I was looking out the window lost in thought while Bonnie was rambling on about her being physic, "Ummm hello Nora you still in the car?" Bonnie says looking at me in the mirror "Ya I was just thinking" I say, Elena looks back at me and gives me a sympathetic smile before turning to Bonnie "Ok, if your physic then predict something about me and Nora" she says, Before Bonnie can answers a black bird hit the windshield causing Bonnie to swerve, I grip onto the seat and close my eyes not wanting to thing about the accident, the car comes to a stop and I open my eyes and let go of the seat Bonnie looks at us "I am so sorry are you guys ok" she says in a concerned tone, Elena looks back at me and says "Ya, We can't be scared of cars are whole life can we" I smile and say "Nope" popping the "P", Bonnie starts to drive again, Bonnie smiles and say "I predict that you guys are going to kick ass this year" I can't help but smile.
