Anna is a girl diagnosed with schizophrenia, but she knows that the voice in her head is real. It belongs to a Shadow Man that's plagued her nightmares for years. Only, when she wakes up, he doesn't go away.
Labeled as the towns psycho, Anna doesn't have many friends, and having parents that are too busy dealing with the state, she doesn't have much of them either.
Enter Seth Finnegan.
Seth is the gothic new boy from New York who has made the mistake of moving to a town where normality is the key to survive. So, naturally, Anna is the first person he wants to meet.
