I won't date my friends ex boyfriend ( Zayn) denial

"Carly come on, I know you've liked him since preschool."

That,was true, but I still wouldn't date him if he were the last boy on Earth. I had found out a couples of months ago that my best friend, Maddie was secretly dating my crush and had just broken up. She's telling me it was nothing serious but I don't want to date him or I'll feel like I've betrayed my best friend. The reason she's trying to get me to date him now is one, she knows I really like him. And two, he's moving away in two days and she thinks the only way to stop him from moving is to confess. Which I think is really dumb and only seen in movies and tv.

"Please Carly do it for me," while she made her puppy dog face.

"No and Never!" "Anyways I have track and field practice today and I'll be lectured if I'm late."

"Good luck!" "And don't forget to do what your heart tells you!"

I just kept walking as she said that and waved goodbye wildly to me. Then without looking I bumped into something and fell on my bottom.

"Ow!" I said

" Sorry are you ok, Car-Car."

I knew that nickname from any where it was:

" ZAYN-O!!!!!" I shouted

"Ready to hit the field!"

"You betcha!"

"Oh!" "remember when you slid down the sand and had tumbled three guys down!"

"Yah!" "Oh! Do you remember the dare of eating three worms if you didn't go over the pole three times."

Or, the time we played mudslide."

"Yeah, how you almost needed to do CPR on George for eating so much ,mud."

We both busted laughing at the memory of that one, then kept on talking. I forgot to mention that another reason it would be hard to be Zayn's girlfriend, because to him I'm more like a guy friend.

The day was finally over and I thought the last day I would be able to see Zayn's precise smile, his perfect chin, his wild black hair and more, I would miss him a lot.

The next day Zayn didn't show up at school at all. Maddie then told me after school that Zayn would be leaven today instead. I rushed out to the airport I knew I would be lost without him.

"Zayn!" "Please don't go I need you, but must of all I love you!"

"I know and I love you too!"

I almost burst out of tears but instead cried in his chest with his strong arms wrapped around me.

A few days later I found out that Maddie and Zayn had only faked dated to get me concerned and interested. I was mad and almost blew my cap but happy at the same time. I love you.
