"All aboard. Let's go." Justin said, throwing jazzy over one shoulder and roise over the other.
Jaxon attached to Justin's leg.

"Daddy. Put me down!" Roise giggled, punching his back with her little fists. Not much of a fight there, but props for trying.

You walked beside pattie, Jeremy following.
Pattie was kind enough to help you aboard, rubbing your stomach afterwards.

"Has he been kicking a lot since you've been gone?"
She asked, looking in your eyes covered by your rose gold sunglasses Justin got you for your birthday.

"Yes. Oh my goodness, yesterday was insane. It was like he was running a marathon." You said, earning a laugh from pattie. "Cutie pie." She said.

----
"Daddy!" Roise groaned, wiggling over his shoulder like a fish out of water. "Fine fine fine." Justin groaned.

"I'll put you down." Justin said, removing her from
His shoulder. Poor roise had no idea what was ahead.

Justin held her underneath her arms, over the edge of the boat. "Want me to let you down?" Justin grinned, chuckling lowly.

Roise gasped, in perfect sync with you.

"Daddy. Daddy. Please." She began to cry, breaking your heart. You knew Justin would never drop her. he was trying to make her laugh, but it was a horrible move.

"Justin!" You said, a wave over anger washing over your body.

Justin quickly pulled roise into his chest, kissing her head. "I'd never drop you sweetheart." He said, trying to calm her.

She cried, wiggling from his grip, her arms immediately reaching in your direction. You didn't blame her.

You quickly grabbed her, holding her in your arms.

Justin face dropped as he saw the disappointment over your face. And you're pretty sure roise wanting you instead of him was another thing added.

"I was just joking." He said, reaching for her, only to see her look away with teary eyes.

"Justin you scared her. You should have thought before you did something stupid like this." You hissed, brushing Rosie's long hair with your fingers.

Justin was speechless until you walked away.
"Baby." He mumbled but you ignored him, entering the cabin of the yacht.

"Daddy was gonna drop me." Roise said, lifting her head. Her eyes puffy and red, along with her little button nose.

"No honey. Daddy was trying to make you laugh but he didn't do a good job." You said, grabbing a tissu from your purse.

As a mom, you always come prepared.

"Daddy would never do something like that. And he'll never do what he just did again. He made a mistake." You said, wiping her eyes dry.

"Blow." You said as you held the tissue to her nose.
She blew into the tissue, closing her eyes In the meantime.

You carefully balled it up, tossing it to the trash can.

-----
After a few minutes of holding her, she stopped crying and started playing with your hair. Something she started when she was a baby. It's always been her little thing. It calms her and also keeps her entertained.

"Do you feel better now?" You asked, kissing her cool and smooth cheek. She nodded, looking in your eyes.

"Go play with jazzy and Jaxon. We're getting ready to set sail." You said, setting her down. She nodded, walking out of the cabin, quickly finding the kids.
