The room was quiet, starting along the white walls.
I read every picture on the wall. I now knew all about blood pressure and that I should get checked by my doctor.

*yn* hadn't said a word since the nurse left about ten minutes ago. I was going into a pure panic mode. My heart rate was increasing by the seconds.
What type of doctor makes scared parents fearing for their unborn child's life, wait this long.

I was starting to feel sick to my stomach, my palms were sweating but I still held *yn*'s tightly. We needed each other more then ever in this moment.

Right when I was about to leave the room to demand some answers the door opened. My eyes flicked towards the door, coming in contact with the Doctor.

DR. Timothy Martin, read his name card.

He walked in holding an apple laptop, reading over the screen. He set the computer on the desk before taking a seat at bed side.

"I saw your results Mrs Bieber. You're 6 months along?" He questioned, looking down at *yn* with curious eyes.
"No. 7." she responded with a sniffle.

He nodded before calling for the nurse to hand the clipboard over. Once he had it, he wrote a few things before reading in silence.

"If you don't mind, I'm going to take you down the hall to do some simple tests just to make sure. They'll only take a short time." He said, standing up from this chair. I frowned, looking between him and the nurse as the helped *yn* out of the bed.

They carefully helped her into the wheel chair, placing a pillow behind her back for comfort. They wheeled her from the room, practically blocking my exit. "Wait, my husband." *yn* said, looking back at me.

"She'll be right back sir." The nurse said before leaving the room. I glanced down the hall before the doctor wheeled *yn* around the corner.

I sighed, licking over my dry lips. I took a seat in the chair located in the room. I pushed my hair from my forehead, closing my eyes. I waited, and waited, and waited.

My leg bounced faintly from my anxiety, it was growing stronger as the time passed. It had now been almost 10 minutes.

I sat there, glancing as people walked passed the room, in better moods then I was in.

It was about another five minutes until they were
Re-entered the room. I quickly stood to my feet, siding my phone in my pocket. I'll admit, I was playing angry birds.

--
"Hey baby." I mumbled, gripping her hand as she looked up at me. I helped her up, and sat her down on the bed. "It'll only take a moment  for the results. I'll be right back." The doctor said, exiting the room.

"You said that last time." I mumbled, shaking my head in annoyance. "Justin." *yn* said, trying to keep me calm.

"We've been here almost an hour with no answers." I said, looking in her eyes. "It's pissing me off." I mumbled, rubbing my neck.

*yn*'s eyes stared down at her stomach, her hand resting over top of it. "I haven't felt anything." She said, looking up at me with worried eyes.

"Baby don't say stuff like that..." I warned faintly.
I kissed her forehead, wrapping my arm around her.

A few minutes later the doctor entered the room. This time he better be providing us answers, or else.

"Ok. The test came back, you'll be relieved to know that you and your little guy are doing perfectly fine." He said, allowing us to let out a huge breath.

"But I do suggest coming back in a few days from now just to check in and make sure everything is still perfectly fine." He said writing a few things on his papers.

I smiled down at *yn* in relief. I pecked her lips before placing my hand on her stomach.
"Thank you doctor." *yn* said, a smile growing on her perfectly shaped lips. Warming my heart.

One Hour later:

I pulled the Range Rover into the driveway of the beach house, sighing as I cut the engine. I tossed the keys in my pocket before looking over at *yn*.

"Justin. Let's just keep this between us. I don't want to cause anymore stress telling your mom. And roise would just die if she knew." She said, practically taking the words from my mouth.

"I'm all for that." I said, opening my door. I jumped out, walking around to her side. I helped her out, closing the door for her. "Hang on baby." I mumbled, reaching in the back for the bags. I tossed them over my shoulder before leading her to the front door.

She pushed the house door open, stepping in carefully. God I loved her cute little waddle, it always brought a smile to my face. I closed the front door, dropping the bags afterwards.

"Ahhhhhhhhh!!!" I heard, along with pattering feet on the upstairs hallway. Moments later roise ran down the stairs, her messy hair bouncing around like crazy.

She jumped in *yn*'s arms, hugging her tightly.

"Mommy. Oh my gosh, where have you been." She said, making me smirk. She's such an adult....

"What do you mean where have we been? We've been enjoying our little get away." *yn* said, kissing her cheek. She set roise down, fixing her hair.

"Daddy. Grandma let me eat ice cream and gummy bears." She smirked, climbing up me like a monkey.
"Ohh no, sugar will make you fat." I said, watching her eyes squint. She hugged me tightly, making me feel loved. "I missed you daddy." She said, digging her little head in the nape of my neck.

"I missed you too my princess." I said, brushing my fingers through her hair. In the meantime I watched as *yn* slowly climbed the stairs. She was making me nervous.

"Sweetheart. What are you doing." I said, catching her attention. "Going up the stairs. Duh." *yn* said, smirking at me. Roise laughed, looking in my eyes.
"Duh! Duh daddy!" She laughed, jumping out of my arms, running after her mother.

Their a handful.

Your POV:

"Add the tomatos." You spoke, handing roise the measured crushed tomatoes. She smiled, pouring it in the sauce. She then set the measuring cup down, looking at you with a smile. "Now what." She asked.

"The cooking wine." You said, handing her another measuring cup. Her eyes grew. "Wine?" She questioned, looking slightly afraid. You giggled, kissing her forehead. "Don't worry baby. The alcohol cooks out so it's only the flavor." You smiled.

"Oh. Daddy said I can't have alcohol until I'm thirty." She said pouring it into the sauce.
"Daddy said what?" Justin's voice spoke, stepping in the kitchen. "That you told her she couldn't have alcohol until she's thirty." You repeated.

"Oh. Yeah that's completely right. Just like how I told you no boys until you're forty." He winked, making you giggle.

"Ok. One more thing. The basil." You said handed the a table spoon. She poured it into the simmering sauce, handing you the spoon back.

"Sweetheart I'm so proud of you. Helping mommy cook like a big girl." Justin said, pecking roise's cheeks. She giggled, staring up at him. "Give me a kiss." He said, Puckering his lips. She kissed his lips, smiling afterwards.

Roise then climbed in your arms, watching as you stirred the sauce. "Justin. Go tell everybody dinner is almost ready." You said, cutting the stove off.
When you first had roise, you had to basically learn how to do everything with another person attached to your hip, but now it's normal. Doing things without her in your arms makes you feel naked.

"Thanks for letting me cook mama." Roise said, laying her head on your shoulder. "You're completely welcome honey, you did a great job." You said kissing her cheek. A few minutes later everyone was seated at the table, enjoying the wonderful dinner. Prepared by roise herself.
