Chapter three.
Elizabeth P.O.V.
Before I knew it was lunch B. My lunch that I had chose and was lucky to get a spot on my schedule. I wander aimlessly confuse on where to go then the scent came in my nostrils. I knew where he was.
"Elizabeth over here!" Frank waved his hand and smiled.
"Coming." I ran with my flats and breathe heavily because of my "condition". Frank scooted over with a bunch of other girls and guys who did the same.
"I'm glad you got this lunch. Guess my invite gave you luck," He smiled. I laugh and asked where do we get food. He pointed towards the back and when he did I felt I was being stared at by jealous eyes of one or two of the girls or maybe all of the girls at the table. I felt uneasy and disturbed because I had this feeling.
A long time ago when I was 10 I was viciously bullies by the other vampires kids because I was...different. I was stared at and was tossed outside of the crowd like I was dirt being stepped on everyday. My mother of course would comfort me and that's when we moved to another part of Britain without the protection of the Vampire community that was kept hidden from regular humans we had to be extra careful as to not reveal our identity.
"I'm going to go get lunch because I'm starving." I lied of course. I got up and walk calmly to the line. When I did Frank insist on going with me, but instead got persuaded to sit down by the girls who didn't get lunch and said they would wait with me. But I knew in my gut they wanted to talk to me about Frank and why do I, a new girl, seem close to him. Typical teenage human girl I thought.
"Hey your new right," One of the girl who had a pretty good figure and long legs asked me.
"Yeah," I said nervously.
Then one of the girls with blonde hair reach over near my face and rest her hand on my shoulder. I flinched.
"There's no need to be scared. Were nice to humans, animals, and basically any living thing, don't worry. You barely came and its not right to bully," she said, "I'm Alisa," then all the other girls introduced themselves.
She said their nice to humans, animals and any living the only problem is I'm not human, I'm kind of an animal and I'm not living. They of course don't know this, but they seem really nice and really persuade me into think they were okay with me. I was unfortunately blinded and didn't see that they were fakes until later. We got to the front of the line and it was spaghetti and meatballs that day. We vampires don't eat regular food. We get it special order pigs blood in place of humans. They come to every vampire known special to where ever they are moved to, in little orange juice packets. I of course don't drink pigs or human blood because of my candy problem. Basically we got a system and we can drink humans blood, but in are law we can not kill the victim or they too will revive as a vampire and be stuck in time unless you fall in love and marry that certain person in a vampire ritual way. I know cheesy. Anyways I pretend to eat the food here, but threw it all out of my stomach later. I didn't actually think that I was going to be sitting with people and just sit and be myself licking a lollipop and not have to throw it up later, but as we came back one of the girls told me to sit next to her when we arrive at the table. The girls rush to the table and I try too, but when I got there one of the girls took my seat and the rest fill in the table. Frank saw and was about to get up when one of the girls pushed him down. One of the girls at the far ended smirked. Ah I had this feeling again. The feeling of rejection.
"Oh you were sitting here? My bad." One of the girls laughed.
"Well I guess all the seats are taken I'll just go."
"Wait Elizabeth!" Frank called. Almost in tears I hanged my head down with my tray in front trying to get out of the cafeteria. I shouldn't have done that because when I turned to the door the blonde chick was behind me the whole time and secretly flipped the tray on my shirt.
"Oh sorry Elizabeth. I went to go get an extra spork and turn to see you bump into me." She said as if it wasn't her fault. The sauce of the spaghetti was splashed in vivid colors of my new back to school shirt that my mother gave me. The girls at the tabled laughed so did many other students. And you as the reader I didn't cry, but got revenges. When a vampires angry, they are anger!
"Hahaha good one um....Alisa I think it was. Now you can't tell I'm stuffing extra padding and tissue to add volume to my boobs like you are," I said loudly with a jokey tone. "And that I'm not as blind as you are with those fake colored contacts. Guess that shows I'm not fake with your smelly ass breathe of a smile."
I could have go on, but she was so embarrass with the oooohs and ahhhs that I stop and whispered one more thing to her. " Don't mess with me again if you know whats good for you because this was nothing compare to what I could have actually done to you." Usually my eyes are a calm grey purple color, but as I said that I felt the gleam of red in my eyes and her frighten stare and walked out the door only to unwrap a lollipop and popped in my mouth. I heard footsteps after that, following me and caught the scent of sweetness coming my way.
