★ Chapter 17 ★

Pulling my chair a little bit closer, i cleared my throat. Hyesoo then started to pay attention on me.

"What is this all about?" I began to ask and Hyesoo knitted her eyebrows.

She seemed so confused.
"What do you mean by that?". She gave me a question.

Not wanting to waste any more time, i talked in a serious tone.

"Goo Junhoe. I want to know all the things about him. You know, lately everything about you,him and even Jungkook seems so suspicious. You know each other right?"

She seemed shocked with my statement. She became stiffed then her movement where she tucked her hair behind her ears made it even clear. She knew something and she hid something. I knew her. I knew so well how she behave when she is lying.

She gave me a look , a hard look but then it got softened as she started her talk. A talk that i've waited for.

"Truthfully, i dont know much about him. I only know that he has a vengeance on you. He want to get his revenge. Im sorry for keeping this from you." She explained with her head looked down.

I was so shocked. Junhoe has a vengeance on me. I must have hurt him before.
"How--how did you know about this?" I asked her.

She took a deep breath and sighed.
"I supposed not to tell you this but looking at your situation right now, i need to. Right?" She said and i nodded.

"I heard Junhoe talked about this with Jungkook weeks ago. They seemed to plan something. There was one day where i want to pay a visit on you with your parents, but when i reached the park, i saw that Junhoe stood infront of your house. He noticed it and ran after me. I tried to hide but i was failed. He caught me. Actually, not just him.." She sighed.

"Jungkook was also with him. I remember that both of them wore a black hoodie and a mask. Both him and Jungkook had warned and threated me to keep all these as a secret." She told me and i tried to keep calm.

"Now you have revealed it. What will happen to you? What kind of threat they gave you?" I asked with concern.

She drawed a smile.
"It-i-its nothing to be worry about." She said with stuttered.

My heart was hurted. Jungkook. Was he really at Junhoe's side?

"Hyena. You're okay?" Hyesoo asked with concern.

I shook my head and tears dripping from my eyes.
"I-i dont know." I said with sobbed.

Hyesoo then handed me some tissues and gave me a warm smile.

"Dont give it too much think. As long as you live with your family, your safety will always be their priority and they will never once let their guard down on you." She said whole heartedly.

I once again shook my head.
"My parents are currently at States and and and im not living in that house anymore." I said it stutteringly and she shot me with a very hard stare.

"Currently im living with a bunch of boys known as BTS. And-"

Not even finish my sentence yet, she already cut it.

"What??!! Jeon Jungkook is a member of it. Are you crazy??" She yelled at me and we gained lot of attentions from the customers.

I gestured her to low it down and she scoffed.
"I know. I know. But what can i do? My parents sent me to live with my uncle but my uncle forced me to live with BTS. Plus, i dont think Jungkook is a bad guy." I said.

She got so pissed with me and knocked on the table.
"Hello. Look here. 'I dont think Jungkook is a bad guy'?" She mimicking me and asked me.

I nodded and she rolled her eyes.
"Not a bad guy your ass. Cant you see? Open your eyes Hyena. He is helping Junhoe to get his vengeance on you. Do i need to repeat that million times?" She yelled at me.

"He helped me." I said to her. That was the only thing that could come out from my mouth.

"Helped you? Doest that make him a nice guy and put aside the fact that he is in complot with Junhoe? Huh? Dont be so naive Hyena." She said in a frustrated tone.

"Im the cause of his brother death. Yes, he was also had a vengeance on me same as Junhoe but after he watched how suffer i was,he decided to forget all about his vengeance. Instead of hating me, he helped me in many things. He protects me. He protects me from Junhoe. He protects me Hyesoo. He is. He is a nice guy." I said and ended my sentences with tears.

Hyesoo then stood up and came stood by my side. She pulled a chair beside me and sat on it. She then put my head at her chest and pat my back.

"Im sorry. I dont know about that." She said in between it.

"He supposed to hate me. I made him suffered. I made his life a mess. I made his brother die. I am the one who is the bad character in this story. Not him and not Junhoe."

She patted my back and hushed me.
"No. You arent. Im sorry Hyena. Im sorry. I left you for such a long time till i never knew the pain you've held inside." She said to me.

She wiped my tears and hugged me. It calmed me and i stopped from dripping any more tears.

I then explained everything to her about how Jungkook's brother died and how come i live with BTS. She seemed to understood it but still insisted with her belief that Jungkook is a bad guy.

It was the time for Hyesoo to return to her boutique so we made our way out from the cafe.

"Wait, it was almost an hour we spent inside yet Jungkook was never in my sight. Where is he?" I mumbled to myself but Hyesoo heard it.

Hyesoo faced me with a dead stare.
"You came here with him? Really? Oh my god Hyena." She said to me and i giggled at how she behave.

I patted her shoulders and she scoffed.
"You sure are stubborn." She said and laughed.

How cute she was. She acted all care like my mom. I winked at her and she rolled her eyes.

"Dont worry abou---JUNGKOOK!!!"
