Chapter 6 - A party

(Reader's Pov)

I slipped away from Sollux's grasp and decided to go get something to drink. I wasn't really thirsty I just wanted to get away from Sollux because he wouldn't stop making me blush. I walked into the kitchen and climbed onto the stool and climbed onto the counter. Sollux then walked into the kitchen and rested his elbows on the counter and used his hands to support his head. "What'th wrong (Y/n)?" I looked at Sollux and then looked away from him. Sollux then gently tugged on my ears and I blushed trying to pry his hands off my ears. "Stop doing that before I tug on your horns". Sollux suddenly let go of my ears and protected his horns. I then suddenly jumped on Sollux's head and tugged on his horns. "(Y-Y/N) THOP!" I kept tugging on his horns and he was acting weird. "Not until you apologize for tugging on my ears". I tugged on the horns again and Sollux started to shiver. "O-Okay okay I'm thorry for tugging on them". I then let go of Sollux's horns and hopped off his head and back onto the counter. Sollux had a huge mustard yellow blush on his face. I then climbed off the counter using the stool and walked to Sollux's bedroom. Sollux then walked in soon after and got onto his husktop, he started to pester someone on his husktop and soon after closed his husktop. "Tho..we're going to a party tho get ready". He smiled at me and walked to his dresser to pull out some clothes. I then got some clothes and proceeded to put them on. A few minutes passed by and Sollux and I were dressed while sitting on the couch. "Tho (Y/n) all the people there are trolls, are..are you okay with that?" I then looked down slightly and didn't response to Sollux, Sollux then placed his hand on my head and petted my hair. "I-I'm fine with that". Sollux then picked me up and nuzzled my face, he grabbed his keys and walked out of his hive. He placed me into the passenger side and he walked to the driver side. After a few minutes of driving we arrived at Karkat's hive.

(Sollux's Pov)

We arrived at Karkat's hive and I grabbed (Y/n) out the passenger side and I walked up to Karkat's hive and knocked on the door. We waited for a few seconds before we were greeted by Eridan. I then felt (Y/n) cling to me tighter and I began to walk to my car. 'I do NOT have time for this shit' I thought to myself.  I then noticed Eridan was pushed out the way by Karkat. "HEY FUCKASS, WHERE ARE YOU TWO GOING?" I looked at Karkat then back at (Y/n). "To my hive". Karkat walked over to me and dragged me inside his hive, Karkat let go of me and I furrowed my brows at him and placed (Y/n) on my shoulder. "Why ith fithhdick here?" Karkat looked at me and back at Eridan. "HE FUCKING LET HIMSELF IN" Karkat yelled and stormed away. I then glared at Eridan and walked to the living room. A lot of trolls were here but some weren't, someone then poked my arm and I turned around to see Aradia. "Oh, thup AA". Sollux noticed Aradia turn her attention to (Y/n). "Who is that?" I then grabbed (Y/n) off my shoulder and nudged her into Aradia's arms. "That (Y/n), thhe'th a Aprellian if you haven't noticed". Aradia then petted (Y/n) hair and gave her back to me. "Oh yeah, those creatures that were here before we came, that's cool". Aradia then walked off to the snack table and I just kept walking until I ran into Nepeta and Equius. "Oh hi sollux, who's your furrend?" I looked at (Y/n) and nudge her into Nepeta's face, (Y/n) wiggled slightly trying to get some personal space. "Thith ith (Y/n)". Equius looked at (Y/n) and started to sweat a bit. "(Y/n) thith ith Nepeta and Equiuth". (Y/n) looked at Nepeta then Equius and waved slightly. "We should totally role play sometimes my furry furrend" Nepeta said excitedly, (Y/n) smiled at her.  "That sounds pawsome".  Nepeta's eyes lit up from the sudden cat pun.  "Oh you two are totally going on my shipping wall..Otp..OTP" Nepeta squealed out.  I blushed slightly from her new ship.  I then walked over to the snack table and set (Y/n) on my shoulder. "Tho what do you want on the snack table?" She then pointed at the chips, I grabbed the chips and opened the bag for her. I then sat on the couch while everyone was talking and dancing to music.

(Reader's Pov)

I was eating on the chips Sollux gave me while staring at him slightly. "What?" I then blushed slightly and hid my face with the chip bag. Sollux chuckled slightly and moved the chip bag away from my face. "Hey, wanna go dance with the otherth?" I then nodded and climbed off the couch tugging on Sollux's leg. Sollux then got up and picked me up, walking towards the crowd. Sollux then set me down on the ground and I started to dance to the song. I wiggled my arms around and moved my feet while Sollux just stared at me dancing. I then tugged onto Sollux's pants leg and encouraged him to dance with me. Sollux started to dance a little while watching me dance with him. I giggled slightly on how Sollux was dancing awkwardly. We still kept dancing until the song finally stopped. Sollux looked down at me while I was bouncing around because I was so happy to dance with Sollux. Sollux then picked me up and nuzzled my face. Then someone nudge Sollux with their ebow, It was a girl with red glasses and black lipstick on she was grinning at Sollux and I. She then began to sniff me and I just clinged to Sollux more trying to get away from her. Sollux then whispered. "The'th blind (Y/n)", I then whispered back "Then why is she sniffing me..?" The girl stopped sniffing me and grinned even more. "Sollux, who's that". Sollux then set me onto his shoulder, "Oh Terezi thith ith (Y/N)". She then grabbed me from Sollux's shoulder and started to sniff me again. "She smells like you, what did you do to her?". Sollux then blushed madly and took me away from her. "N-Nothing, I didn't do anything to her but take care of her". This girl named Terezi just laughed and smirked at Sollux. "Whatever you say Sollux" and then walked away. I then looked at Sollux and yawned slightly. "You wanna go back to my hive and thleep, it'th getting late". I nodded and we both said are goodbyes before heading to Sollux's hive. We made it to Sollux's hive and Sollux and I threw on our pajamas before heading to bed. I climbed onto Sollux chest and we both fell into a deep sleep.
