The(not so)Creep from the Deep

Having a Good Time

(Hey, sorry if it's been awhile but I'm back and I'm ready to continue this book and let me know in the comments what you guys think and what you would like me to add into the story cuz I'm willing to take requests :) Peace!)

~Your P.o.V.~

I had finally made it down to the area that I worked at, but now I was making my way down to the locker room so I could go and get my wetsuit(as shown above!)on and go out to work in one of the tanks.

~Time Skip~

After I had FINALLY got my wetsuit on I went to go look at a clipboard that had all the assigned tanks for the workers to work in and I saw that I had to go work in tank 714 for a full 2 weeks for some reason

"That's weird..why did they assign this tank to me for 2 weeks?"

So I started investigating and then noticed that one of the workers that works in that tank had put down that they were on vacation and that they wouldn't be back until August!

"Why August!!"

But I then just decided to drop it and talk to my supervisor later

"Welp, time to make my way down"

And I started walking down to tank 714 by myself.

~Dave's P.o.V.~

For some reason I felt worried about (Y/n)

When (she/he) came in after (his/her) break I could tell that (she/he) looked very unhappy and depressed. I wished that I could come to (his/her) aid and ask (him/her) what was wrong, but I knew that that would be a horrible idea due to the fact that (she/he) would freak out about my appearance.

You see, I was an octopus and not many people were to fond of things like me. The only thing the people saw me as was a creep. A Creep of the Deep. So that's why I didn't want to take a chance on scaring the beauty I fell for.

That's another thing I forgot to mention. After (Y/n) started working at the Central Park Zoo a few months ago, I completely fell head over tentacles in love with (him/her) cuz I could tell that there was something very bright and special about them. Sure (she/he) was on the chubby side, but to be honest none of that really mattered to me cuz (she/he) was beautiful the way they were. If I had a chance to wish for something good, it would be (him/her).

Anyways I was just chilling about in my tank, still slightly worried about my dearly beloved until I heard the sliding door up above the water open

'Who could that be?'

I thought to myself as I was sitting on some coral at the bottom of the tank. I really wanted to go up above the water to see who it was cuz not many people come in to work in this tank.

The next thing I knew was that somebody had jumped into the tank so I became camouflage so they couldn't see me and I was completely shocked to see who it was.

~Your P.o.V.~

I got to the tank and slid open the door. It was really heavy so I had to put a LOT of force on it so I could wedge it open all the way, then I walked in.

It was really cold and the ground was completely soaked with water, so I put on my flippers so my feet wouldn't feel as cold.

I then walked over to the wall that had all the scuba equipment and put all that stuff on and made sure to follow the basic instructions and stuff, then I jumped into the water.

When I got fully underwater, I started swimming around to the fish that I needed to feed. There was so much sea life coming up to me to see and greet me that I failed to notice that there was a swordfish just a few feet away swimming around, stalking me as if I were his next victim. When I finally noticed him, the swordfish was staring me down and it kinda freaked me out but I tried to show no weakness.

But the next thing I knew was that the swordfish started coming at me at full force so I started swimming for my life, praying that I wasn't going to die

~Dave's P.o.V.~

I watched (Y/n) swimming around feeding all the fish and I couldn't help but just stare at (him/her) in admiration cuz now that I'm seeing them again, (she/he) looks more happy and at peace which makes me feel at peace.

(He/she) looked so (beautiful/handsome) in their diving suit plus (his/her) hair had a slight shine due to the water and light from above the tank. (His/her) (H/L) (H/C) hair was flowing in the water like seaweed.

'You're so perfect. I wish I could have you'

I then noticed a strange swordfish swimming around just a few feet away from (Y/n) and I started getting a REALLY bad feeling cuz from where I was at, I could tell that the swordfish was looking at (Y/n) with a very threatening look which made me feel uncomfortable and cause my stomach to turn.

And that's when the swordfish started swimming really fast toward (Y/n) and (Y/n) was swimming away from him as fast as (she/he) could.

'Oh no, (Y/N)!!!!'

I thought as I started chasing after the swordfish so he wouldn't kill my precious treasure.

~Normal P.o.V.~

You were still trying to swim for your life away from the very aggressive swordfish while Dave swam after it so it wouldn't hurt you.

You decided to confuse the swordfish by taking unexpected turns and stuff but sadly that just mad the swordfish even more mad and aggressive plus it was still on your tail. When you took another turn you came to a dead end and the swordfish was ready to strike until Dave came up in front of you and grabbed you by both your arms.

You were startled at first but then realized that it was one of your favorite specimens and you knew that he or she was trying to help you so you weren't as scared

Dave swam to a coral structure that had a little cave, so he took you down to the opening of the cave and was glad to see that you were able to fit

You then looked at the octopus and tried showing your thanks by hugging it. The octopus felt very slippery due to it being covered in a slimy substance, but you didn't mind. After all, he or she DID save your life.

Omg...(she/he)'s hugging me....

(Y/N) IS HUGGING ME!!!!!😍

I then slowly wrapped a few of my tentacles around (Y/n) waist and I've gotta say, this was the most epic thing I've EVER done!

(Wow this took me forever, but you know what it was worth doing it plus I bet a lot of you guys are happy to FINALLY see/hear Dave cuz I know that while I was writing this I was blushing up a storm due to Dave😍
