"CHRISTMAS P.2" 성탄절

-Kris's Pov-
This year I won't be working on Christmas so I decided to just lazy around and do nothing.

I got a call when I was on the examination room.

"Hi. Doctor Wu speaking" I answered

"Yi Fan?" I heard a sweet voice asking

"Han Sook?" It was my ex-wife.

What did she want now?

"I was wondering if you were free this Christmas?" she said

"Sorry I'll be lazing around. So yeah I'll be very busy" I complained

"You never change do you? Anyway dad wants you to come tonight. So be ready and try to be punctual" She asked

"Tch. You didn't change either you love ruining my plans" I joked

"Yeah yeah. Don't be late ok?" she hung up

Tao and I went together to his house. Today Tao was unusually quiet. I wonder why...

His house didn't change a bit. It's still the same luxurious and eccentric house. I could never get use to this.

A butler welcomed us and lead us to the saloon. There was the Chairman, Hae Sook and his husband talking. Hae Sook came to us.

"Tao honey go upstairs and get change " she said

Tao looked at us but he didn't say anything and went upstairs to do what he was told.

"He looked upset, did something happend?" Hae Sook asked

"Well... he is been acting like this since this morning" I said

"It must be because of me" Tao's dad spoke

He was also a tall man, very elegant but serious.

"I'm sorry I didn't introduce myself, I'm Huang Chun Lee" he shook my hand

"I'm Wu Yi Fan, but I'm known as Kris. Excuse me but what did you meant earlier?" I asked

"You see, when my wife died I had to take care of Tao. Well I tried to but I was always strict and I wasn't really at home that much. That's why he acts like that. He hates me" He confessed

"I think you two just need to work things out. I've been living with him for a couple of months and he is a good kid" I said

"I think it's a good idea that he stays with you for now. I appreciate all your hard work" he said

"You have a nice man, congratulations, Hae Sook" I smiled at both

I spoke with the chairman for a while. Tao played with a dog and then when dinner was ready we were called

After that we had a nice coffee and chat a little. We remembered some things from the past and I got close to Chun Lee, he was a nice man, he just didn't know how to show it.

When I was looking for Tao, He was nowhere to be seen. I looked for him and  found him sitting on a big stone on the garden with his dog on his arms

"So what are you doing here all alone?" I asked him

"Well you seem to be very comfortable with your ex-wife" He commented

"Well we never discussed and I think that's what killed our relationship" I commented
