Marie POV

"What do you wanna be when you grow up?" I asked Rasheik.

"Ion really know. I guess when the time comes I'll decide." He replied. There was a moment of silence that I'm about to break.

"Who was the boys you came in class with yesterday?" I wondered.

"Those my rolldawgs. The short one with the curly hair is Kingston, the one my height is L'Vondre and the one a little shorter than me is Say'Vion." I nodded.

"They gon meet up with us and the next corner" I shrugged. I remembered that Lo gave me her number. Why not have her meet up with us. I pulled out my phone and sent her a text.

"I'm inviting Lo." I said.

He stopped walking a stared at me like I did something wrong.

"Nah man ion like that girl." I tried to hold in my laughter at his faced. He kinda cute when he's mad.

"Why?"

"Because she to damn loud and she might bring her ratchet ass sister with her. Them to together is a straight path to hell"

I laughed this boy really don't like her. "Rasheik she is not the bad and I didn't know she had a sister" I tried to hold my laughter.

"Yeah her name Lo'Shonda but everybody call her shon. Them to are crazy."

I rolled my eyes at his exaggeration.

I sent a text to Lo and told her to meet up with us and to bring Lyric and her sister. She simply replied yes.

"Well I invited Lo'Leetah and Lo'Shonda and their bringing Lyric to."

"Aww mann why you do that? That's a triple threat."

"Well I'm not going to be the only girl with four boys that's doesn't look lady-like." I explained. "And besides they aren't that bad.

10 minutes later

"Boy your big mosquito bite looking ass" Lo said to Kingston. I was crying from my stomach hurting. I couldn't stop laughing.

"Fire her ass up King don't go like chedder man" L'Vondre said trying to hype him up.

"Boy I'm boutta get on your ass looking like you chew bricks for a living" Everybody started laughing except L'Vondre. At this point I couldn't breathe.

"Looking like you drink dirty mud water out of a boot big dirty ass" Shon cosigned. I had to get up and walk away. I had tear streaming down my face.

"Don't worry I gotchu at lunch" L'Vondre said to Lo'Shonda. The bell rang signaling it was time to go to class. So far my day was going good and it was only the second day.

Skips to lunch

As I came out the lunch lune I spotted Lyric sitting at the table alone waiting for everybody to come over.

"Hey love" I greeted.

"Hey girlie"

"Awhh man that lunch lady buggin I wanted a chicken sandwich and she said they ran out. Don't nobody want this card board ass pizza" Lyric scolded. I laughed at her madness.

"Maybe it's because you cursed her out yesterday"

"She deserved it. Her hair was in my food. With her bald head self" I was cracking up.

"I thought her hair was in your food?"

"It was nappy head heifa" I'm done with her.

Lo and Shon came and took a seat at the table. We made small conversation amongst ourselves.
