I am from the walls of my bedroom
turquoise and calming
It appears to be like diamonds
I from the blazing maple, with deep red
leaves shifting in the Autumn
the watermelons
and their spiraling vines echoing my personality
I'm from the reunions and blue eyes
from Kai and Sam
and Jitzidia
I'm from the good times in the backyard and
movies and board games...
From It's a beautiful day today and
you get whatchya get
I'm from coming unto Christ
reaching each day to come to him.

Sea Biscuits and Pink Stuff
From the trips to Nauvoo with my family
the funny faces my little brothers make
At family gatherings and home
I am from the dragons soaring majestically
into the setting sun, her pinky-orange rays
staining the cloudy sky in a luminescent glow
