*SORRY FOR GRAMMAR/SPELLING MISTAKES.

The bell chimed softly as a girl who looked no older than sixteen skipped delightedly inside. She looked around the cute café before skipping towards the counter.

"Hey Paul!" She chirped. Paul looked at her longingly, admiring the beauty in front of him.

"Hi princess, how's your weekend?" He grinned.

"Ooh, it was wonderful! My brother brought me to this cool pla-" As she kept on gushing on how fun her weekend was, Paul couldn't help but think how it was possible for someone to be as adorable as her. As beautiful as her.

He had always been attracted to her since the very first day they met. She had an aura of innocence around her, and to him it was like a breath of fresh air. He couldn't help but fell for her.

But of course, Angel was just too oblivious to even noticed half of the male population ogling at her whenever they came to this café, too lost in her own world of fantasies to even noticed him being hopelessly in love with her. He should even considered himself lucky to be recognised by her as her friend. Her only friend, as she told him before.

"Paul, you're my best friend," She smiled shyly at him as she delicately tuck a strand of hair behind her ears.

In return, he engulfed her in a bone crushing hug, burying his head into the crook of her neck before mumbling, "You have no idea how happy that makes me."

She truly had no idea. He had a shït-eating grin etched on his face that whole day.

"Thank you for being my only friend." She mumbled, looking down.

"Only?" He pulled back from their hug but still holding her in his embrace and questioned back in surprised. Who wouldn't want to be friends with her?

"Yes, I used to have this girl named Melissa as a friend and she left me one day saying that i'm too gullible and naive and she also said something about me being stupi-"

Paul immediately cut her off bringing her into another hug, "Well, princess it's her loss because you are an amazing person and everyone else would've love to be your friend. I mean, who wouldn't? She's just jealous because everyone likes you."

His breath hitched when he saw her expression.

Angel was gazing up at him with her doe eyes welled up with tears but was still shining brightly. She truly was stunning.

"Thank you so much Paul, you are truly a great friend." She wrapped her arms around his torso resting her head on his chest.

His heart thumped.

Was it possible to fall deeper without the person even trying?

It's not, well, at least for him.

Once she was done rambling, Paul ruffled her hair as she grinned widely, "Good for you princess, now off you go. We don't want that tummy of yours to turn into a monster now do we?"

She nodded while Paul leaned in towards to peck her cheek, to her that is, but he actually kissed the corner of her soft pink luscious lips. He felt guilty for taking advantage of her innocence but he just couldn't help himself.

"Go and find yourself a table okay? I'll prepare the usual."

"Okay." Paul had always been a touchy kind of person but Angel didn't mind. She thought he was just being friendly.

She started heading towards the usual table she usually sit at and just as she was about to sit down a sudden thought invaded her mind. She had forgotten her book!

She stood up straight and let out an airy giggle. Silly me, she self-palmed herself as she walked towards the bookshelves. Unknowing of the two pairs of heated gazes burning into her.

He watched her from afar, his eyes trailing her every moves.

Creepy? Not really, he was just making sure she's safe all the time.

His heart melted a little when he saw her biting her lips trying to surpass the smile which was threatening to come out as she read her book.

Adorable.

And then she giggled covering her mouth right after as if she didn't want anyone to hear her and he swore he felt a warm sensation spreading throughout his cold heart.

That sensation, though, died when he saw a guy who looked to be about a year or two younger than him staggering towards his Angel's table seat carrying a tray with a mug and some cupcakes on it.

He placed it on the table and kiss the top of Angel's head. She blew a kiss right back as Paul walked away looking sad and hesitant to leave her alone.

Colton clenched his jaw when he saw longing evident on her friend's face. He knew that look. He, too, felt it. But he knew his Angel would be oblivious to this because that's who she was. Innocent and naive.

But that's what he loved most about her.

That's it, he thought. I am going to make her mine today.

He stood up from his seat, fixed his cufflinks before heading towards her with long and confident strides. You're gonna be mine, Angel.

Yep, he knew her name.He knew everyhing about her. The perks of being one of the top most eligible billionaires in the state. Money solved everything.

Angel. That one word defined her wholly. She looks, acts, and talks like an angel. My Angel.

He stopped and stood right beside her, clearing his throat gaining her attention.

She looked up from the book she was reading and tilted her head slightly to turn and looked at him with her soft brown eyes wide opened, "Can I help you Sir? "

Such polite manners.

Eyebrows furrowed and lips pouted beautifully, he couldn't help but think of how adorable she looked at that moment.

Instead of answering, he bended down to her height and whispered lowly in her hear, "I want you, Angel."

An involuntary shiver ran down her spine. She gazed up the man who towered over her short frame with confusion swirling in her eyes, "Huh?"

Colton just stared at her with a heated gaze, before leaning towards her and kissed the corner of her sweet lips. "Goodbye for now my sweet Angel, I'll see you very soon."

With that he stood up straight and fixed his cufflinks before turning around and exited the café.

Very soon indeed.
