*SORRY FOR GRAMMAR AND SPELLING MISTAKES.
Twirling around her pastel pink room, she tried to forget about the upset look on her brother's face and just focused on her date tonight.
Gosh, excited doesn't even began to describe how she felt!
She remembered how he stared at her almost lovingly, how his blue eyes softened everytime he laid his eyes on her.
As if she was his everything.
But she didn't let her mind wandered, because it was probably just her feeling lonely.
She stepped into her closet and started rummaging for something decent to wear.
At last she finally found the perfect outfit, "Ahaa!"
It was a white dress with short lacey sleeves. Form fitting on her chest and flared waist down reaching about her mid-thigh.
All she gotta do now was to put on some lip gloss and a little bit of mascara and voila!

Angel had decided to just let her hair falling down to its natural waves because she liked it much better that way.
When she was done, she got out of her room and descended slowly down her stairs. Her hair bouncing with every steps she took.
By the time she reached the last step, she became a nervous wreck. She frowned, what if he changed his mind when he sees her and decided to cancel the date?
Angel didn't have time to think because as she looked up, standing there, was her brother. He was staring at her impassively with his arms crossed.
"Angel," He started, his voice low as if he was dreading on what he was about to say next. "I want you to be home by 10 o'clock, no more than that. Understood?"
She just nodded timidly in response. Too scared of her brother at the moment.
Jared sighed seeing her expression. Then he walked slowly to her with a sad expression on his face. When he reached her, he cupped her cheeks with his big hands. "Look Angie, you know how much I love you right?"
She nodded unsure where this is going. Her brother continued, "Then you'd know that I care about you, alot."
"I'm just worried about you, Angie. You're the only family I have left. Our so called parents left us. I don't want you leaving me too."
Staring at her brother's forlorn face, Angel felt her eyes softened. She knew how he felt because she didn't want him leaving her either.
Her "parents" apparently left Angel when she was ten in the hands of her brother who had just turned eighteen back then. They had to fend off for themselves and it was hard, especially for Jared but at least they had each other.
And Angel was not going to leave him anytime soon.
She looked up smiling softly, "I wouldn't leave you Jared. Not now, not ever. You're the only one I have, too."
"I know that now."
Both of them stood there, just staring at each other with an unspoken promise in the air.
Jared cleared his throat, "Your date is waiting for you outside. I had a talk with him earlier and I could see that he truly is genuine."
Having no idea on what her brother was talking about, she just nodded.
Then her brother suddenly frowned, "What are you still doing here? You're already five minutes late young lady."
Angel gasped, "I am?"
"Rule number one Angie, never keep a man waiting." He winked.
She giggled, "Noted. What's rule number two?"
"That's for another time, now go. Don't make a man wait."
"Okay, okay." She pouted before leaning up to plant a kiss on her brother's cheek.
As she was heading out, her brother shouted. "Be safe!"

Colton felt his breath got stuck in his throat as soon as he laid his eyes on her. The conversation full of tension he had earlier with Angel's brother was long forgotten.
Beautiful. Enticing. Gorgeous.
He was right. She was wearing a dress. And she looked as beautiful as always.
He had a lot more to say about her appearance tonight but it would be a long list, and he'd rather hear her talk all night than him talking about her beauty because we all knew he's never going to stop.
As his Angel took tentative steps towards him with a shy smile, Colton couldn't help but groaned internally. How could someone look so sexy and adorable at the same time?
Only her. He felt a smile of his own crept up to his face when he saw her flushed cheeks.
When she finally reached him, he couldn't help but encircled his arms around her. As he was doing this, Angel's face reddened even more.
Why is he hugging her as if he had known her for all his life?
"Hi.." She muttered out shyly. He couldn't help but smirked. Leaning down until his lips brushed against her ear, he whispered, "Hello Angel, you look beautiful tonight."
And so delicious I could almost eat you.
Her face became that colour of a strawberry, if that's possible. His smirked widened as his heart swelled of love for her.
He put his hand on her lower back and led her to his car.
Gaping, Angel stared at the fancy car parked before her, she didn't know what brand it was but she knew it'd take a living for her to buy one of those.
Chuckling at her cute reaction, Colton opened the passenger door for her. He shut it after she stepped in with flushed cheeks and jogged to his side.
As he shut the door, he glanced towards Angel and what he saw made him sighed in content.
Rosy cheeks, two big brown eyes and soft pink slightly pouted lips staring right at him.
She's such an angel.
His heart thumped against his ribcage. Was it still too early for him to fall in love with the little angel beside him?
Nope.
He didn't think so, because that's exactly what he was doing right now.
