Demonic Soul Reaper of the 14th Squad

Four- missions go wrong

Kana's PoV

"I did like them a lot and respect them but now I'm not as sure, I can't see much light in their path."

I start to walk back to my squad but hear Ukitake yell me back. I turn and look at him. "The head captain will send you a mission as soon as he can." Ukitake tells me to which I nod and run back to my squad flash stepping every so often.

Once I get back I start to get a pounding headache which makes me feel like my head is going to split open. "We will have a mission soon." I say slowly holding my head and walking to my office. I see Yūrei, Kōmori and Rangiku there. "Hey Kana want any sake?" Rangiku asks looking over to me. I nod slightly then hiss in pain, just that small movement of my head put me in loads more pain.

"You used your first release again didn't you." Yūrei says with a frown and a worried look. Kōmori gives me the same look but hands me a bottle of sake and I put it down on my desk. "Yeah." I mumble. I take the bottle open and start to drink the cold alcoholic liquid. "Well just drink to you pass out. You should be fine in the morning." Rangiku says with a small smile. "What about you? You'll do that and get yelled at by captain shorty." "You're going off with your nicknames to other captains aren't you." I nod slightly and rest my head on my chair.

After a little while I felt fine and had to send Rangiku back before she was too drunk to move. I get a hell butterfly land on my finger and hear the head captain's voice. "Your mission is to send any wholes ((good souls if you can't remember)) to the soul society and three of you need to keep an eye on someone." I say to my squad as we leave to go to the senkaimon. "Me, Yūrei and Kōmori will be doing the same as you when we get a chance but will also be keep an eye on that person. Split!" I inform them yelling the last word. Everyone spreads out in small groups and we quickly move through the senkaimon.

I look around quickly and put my hand up. "Go so you're aren't that close or far from another group. If something with a zanpakutō and hollow masks appears call me immediately." I order them to which everyone nods. I walk with Yūrei and Kōmori to Urahara shop to get our gigai.

"Who are we keeping an eye on?" Yūrei asked, she had light blue hair and dark grey eyes. Kōmori nodded, he had black hair and light grey eyes. I look at the two of them and run a hand through my red hair, "Someone I know." I reply, my headache was coming back worst then before. "We should keep an eye on Toshiro's group as well as this person I know." I notify them. We all walk around heading to a random house where we could sense Toshiro's and Rangiku's spiritual pressure, I could also sense Ichigo's and Rukia's. "How should we get in?" Kōmori asks as Yūrei smiles evilly. "Well we always have my trick. The window is open anyway." Yūrei said happily getting inside the house quickly by the way she noted. I hear some yelling mainly done by Toshiro and Ichigo. I sigh and follow what they did. "Sorry if they got in the way." I mutter sitting in the window ledge.

"What are you doing here? Are you meeting with Azien's friends?!" Toshiro yells. I look at him with a frown. "What are you talking about. I do respect him still but I can see that he is making an army that will be strong expescially because he has that thing that my Onii-san made. Because of that I believe that it is my fault too." I say to him as I get up and leave heading back to the soul society to calm down.

When I get back I head to where the lieutenants should be. I see them all talking inside a small pub, Renji, Shūhei, Izuru, Nanao (with Shunsui yelling at him to work) and Tetsuzaemon. I look over to Renji, Shūhei and Izuru and sit down next to them. "Hi you lot." I say to them with a smile. "What's up?" Renji asks as Shūhei looks at me with a small frown. "You look a bit down." Shūhei says. I nod, "Yeah I just left a mission because Toshiro was being annoying saying I was siding with Aizen-tai- I mean Aizen."

We talk for quite a while, I had had a few drinks but wasn't drunk, I get sober quickly. However they could hardly stand up straight. I sigh looking at the two. "I'll have to take you both to my squad as no one's there." I mutter to them and pull them along using flash step. I put Shūhei on the couch and sit Renji up on the chair. I sit down and do a quick bit of paperwork.

A hell butterfly flew onto my finger as I look at it. I hear the head captain's voice. "What are you doing back here? Come to my office at once." He says. I sigh and lock the door so that the drunken two wouldn't be able to do any damage. I flash step to the head captain's office and walk inside. "I left because Toshiro was annoying me. He kept saying that I was siding with him and that's why I was there, but I was with my squad and they wouldn't let me do that and I can't have them no trusting me." I growl. "So I'm going to stay here for a bit. I did like them a lot and respect them but now I am not as sure, I can't see much light in their path. " I mutter. The head captain nodded. "Okay you're allowed to go." He tells me.

I get back to the squad and look at the two asleep drunk people. I smile at them. "This place has way more light as long as things stay like this. Sadly I have to leave and act on Aizen's side. Please say at least you two will be able to see past this act." I place a black blanket over Renji and a white one over Shūhei. I smile at them then keep the door unlocked with a small letter. "Maybe I don't belong here, maybe I might be getting light and darkness confused. I will have to find out." I leave my squad and head to the world of the living. "Hopefully one of Aizen's friends will be here soon." I mutter looking up at the sky waiting for one of those ripped off masked people to appear.

A/N~
This is only the beginning, maybe she will take on that job dealing with Aizen or maybe something else will happen. Who knows (even I don't yet)
How would everyone react if she left? Will the other captains still trust her?
Wait till next chapter. It will be a little delayed until I think of what way to turn.
