In the kpop community there are different types of fans. There is what they call a sasaeng fan. Im not going to talk much about them. But please understand I am not trying to offend anyone. These fans are like stalkers . This is because what they usually do is stalk kpop idols and/or invade their privacy. If you are one of these fans please don't scare them there has been many incidents with kpop idols and sasaengs fans. Also again if you are one of these fans please don't hurt them in any way or act inappropriately towards them. That is all we ask. Otherwise interact with a kpop fan if you see one. In some places that we live kpop may not be popular so if you find another kpop fan it may be considered "rare". And it will be great to talk with someone that you have something in common with. Here is a tip.. Don't be shy to to talk to people I honestly am a very shy person and don't like to talk to strangers or people I don't know even if they like kpop. But you can try to socialize. In the concert I went to I was very quiet but people were walking up and giving things and I started talking with a few fans and got along with them very well with no problems and kpop has helped me socialize a bit more. But please don't be rude to other kpop fans and start discussions like " ____ IS BETTER THAN ____" A few of these conversations can trigger a whole problem on social media and can even break friendships. Lastly be careful who you say certain things to someone. For example some people have said "____ is mine" or "____ belongs to me" and this can start a drama discussion between them trying to argue and offend each other.
