Going to a kpop concert or event is what I consider a once in a lifetime opportunity. Why? Well because it has a lot of privileges to it. Kpop concerts are great because if you pay more money (usually around $200 dollars or more if resale tickets) you can get a high touch (basically high five them) or take a picture with them and some other fans. Which is great because who doesn't want to high five their bias or even get to say "Hello" to them. It is great going because you get to meet other fans and interact with them. Usually if you get to the venue/theatre early they put music outside and other fans start to dance around and sing. Also there is usually a group of people who practice fan chants so you can join in. Some fans are very nice and make stuff like fan signs so you should try to walk around the venue. Some fans sometimes give away stuff and some others sell... For example for free I got a heart with my bias name on it also like a picture to hold up and a small paper banner that had cute GOT7 Fly fan art and the fan chant for fly. But some others were selling things like buttons or pins, albums, merchandise, stickers, bags, photo books, headbands, and signs to hold up and much more. Also there is a chance that if you get an aisle seat you may get to hold their hand because they may go around the crowd. So if you get the chance to go to a kpop concert, fan meet, meet and greet, fan sign, or convention like KCON then go!!! You can also greet the idols at the airport when they arrive to your city or state. I don't really recommend it because the idols may be tired or exhausted especially if they are on tour. If you go to the airport and meet them please DO NOT push your way in or hurt others I have heard that many people have fought because one person had pushed someone else or pulled her hair so I recommend you to be very careful with these types of events. Please also do not stalk them at their hotel they need to rest since they might get sick of being on airplanes a lot you never know. Lastly wherever you go to follow them be careful with authorities.. They may ask you to leave or else you may get arrested or get a ticket (not really sure since I have not been put in a situation like that) for "TRESPASSING" or "LOITERING"...
