Bears POV
"Get a way from Nightingale." I yelled and started to cry before Gabe shot Claw dead with a bullet to the head.
My mom said "Come here Bear shes strong she can fight it."
"But mom it was my fault she got shot it was my bullet that hit her it's all my fault she got hurt."
I was still crying but I wake over to Nightingale and throw Claws dead body off of hers. I bent down and hugged her. I thought she was dead but ........she was still breathing but only a little. So I yelled "Get the boat ready we got to get her to a hospital!"
My mom asked "Why is she still breathing?"
"Yes only a little but we might still have same time left"
"OK boys you heard the Bear!" My mom yelled
Once the boat was ready we left.
I whispered to Nightingale "I love you and I'm sorry my bullet hit you." And I kissed her cheek. Then I held her close to me and fell a sleep in my bunk.
Nightingales POV
"Mom what dose jumping have to do with me get back to my body?"
"I don't know."
Bear's POV
It's been a hour since we left Brown Town and we just got to the Hoonah Medical Center they took her straight in to surgery to stitch up her neck, and to remove the bullet that was in her hip.
Nightingale's POV
"What does running have to do with anything?"
"I don't know."
Bear's POV
The doctor came out and said ''Do you want the good news or bad news first?''
Dad said ''Bad news.''
''Your bill is $1567.''
I said well still crying ''Whats the good news?''
he replied happily ''She is waking up as we speak.''
Nightingale's POV
''Good bye mom. Thank you for helping me get back to my human form.'' I told my mom.
''See you when it's your time to enter the spirit world for good.'' she replied. Then all i could see was......................
