Adeline's POV

*Beep Beep Beep*
Ugh I hate alarms. And mornings. I reluctantly glance over at my clock... 6:45
Great! School starts at 8:00 and I only have an hour. Maybe even less. I roll out of bed, 'no lying around this morning.' And walk downstairs in my pj's.
"Hey mum." I say sleepily to my mum who is sipping coffee at the table.
"Morning sweetie. Would you like me to make you something?" She asks cheerfully. I look over at her.
'How can she be so cheerful in the morning??' I think to myself.
"No, I'll be okay mum." I respond while almost pouring orange juice all over my cereal (lol if you guys have done this tell me in the comments 😆) My mum just laughs and passes me the milk.

Okay, so I'm done with breakfast and it's....7:15! Oh shit I have to hurry or I'm going to be late...

I pick up my backpack from where I placed it last night, beside the door, and yell goodbye to my mum and dad. But before I can leave my mum comes running over to give me a big hug.
"Bye Adeline! Have a great first day and remember, you're meeting Isaac at the bus stop." I internally groan. Not only does my mum treat me like a first grader, but she also has to arrange stuff with Ize's mum for us to meet at the bus stop! Ugh she can be so embarrassing sometimes but I still love her...
"Bye mum! See you this evening..." I shout as u walk out the door. Now, off to hel- I mean school. 😉

Ayyyyy! More writing! Now my day feel sort of less lazy...lol.
