"That can't be true" Aquaria thought" I- I saw him" she thought as she was swimming her way to school. Once she reached the entrance she went down the water tubes and hopped off into a classroom as she turned into a human. her uniform came back on and her legs transformed back too. Fresh oxygen filled the space, It feels nice to take a break from the water Aquaria took a deep breath. " Aquaria Vivian ", the teacher called out, " um yes mam?" Aquaria replied slowly gaining conciousness of the classroom around her. Everyone laughed Aquaria fixed her bow looking confused " you're supposed to say here or present, Aquaria" the teacher said. Aquaria blushed and sunk down in her seat she felt so embarassed. It was lunchtime and Aquaria brought her lunch from home, but she didin't know where to sit, so she looked around and she found a empty table, so she went to the empty table. Aquaria put her lunchbox on the table and started to eat, suddenly she heard a voice, Aquaria looked around, but she couldn't find anyone, then suddenly she saw two cat ears . Aquaria's eyes widened, " Josh?" she whispered " hi Aquaria" he said, "I'm not dead I promise, don't be scared" Aquaria was very scared but she calmed down, " I'm ok, but if you're not dead, then why does my mom think you are?", she asked confused. Josh looked down " it's a half-lie, you can keep me alive" now Aquaria was really confused "what?" she asked " you see, water turns into ice in the cold, and my soul carries that cold, but you carry the water I need, to be alive" Josh explained . Aquaria looked like she had been hit in the head with a hammer. " so you can be alive in the water?, that means you're half dead!" said Aquaria blurting out her thoughts, Josh laughed " you caught right on, but.." Josh looked down " I can't be alive withought water, and so I can only be alive if I'm around you, your mother, and the ocean. Aquaria understood now, " oh, what about your mom! she can be alive too right!?", Josh shook his head " she is full dead, her soul escaped before anyone could catch it, but when I died my mom caught my soul". Aquaria gasped " but why didin't you catch her soul!?", Josh looked sad"I would of caught her soul if I could, but I wasn't in the ocean and you were not there, so I had no water source". A small tear fell from Aquaria's eye " so.. i'ts all my fault, your- your mother died!?", Aquaria said as another tear fell from her eye, Josh's eyes widened " Aquaria don't cry! it's not your fault at all!" he looked at her face sadly " it's my fault, I-I forced her to fight, and she-I don't want to say it" he aid, Josh looked at her seriously" be careful though, if I use your water too much you will loose all your power". Aquaria dried her tears, " oh, it's ok I can get my power back right?" she said smiling " Yeah,but you'll will be unconscious for 1 hour to regain your power", Josh said smirking at her, " so don't waste it" he said disappearing. Aquaria looked around, " no Josh, don't leave now!" she said, but it was too late. Aquaria walked out of the lunchroom into art class, she couldin't wait 'till after school, to tell her mom that Josh is still alive.
